Of course Garja figured out how to exploit a wood eco with the Lombards, man I missed his strats. The greedy longer Age I is really interesting to fit an extra card.
Also edition and narration here was super smooth!
The problem of games in general is lacking system to find friends with similar taste. For example I am in this game a long time player .. since 2006 and I look in general in games for serious players that want to win and have fun with hardcore tactical communication, in this game not realism, but in others I seek for no HUD and what I call "thoughtful immersion".. here the most people are just looking to collect resources without real interest in "competing". It's hard to find team players that marry your same mindset. This is why the community is just around 4k people online.. it should be higher... Also rated games got put in a corner. Very cool Single player and tutorial, but in general they could have done a better job on some things. I also got often desynch...in december 2022. I really hope this is not still happening. I got KOTM and reinstalled it.
I appreciate the game fluidity.. I like the mic you use, and how you speak... very very high quality, rare to find.
I disagree that people are just collecting resources. Even low level games have aggressive tactics where 3 players take out one opponent at a time. Noobs just stand and wach. Multiplayer is still difficult. The game keeps getting better, but new players have horrible lag and desync. I think it might be their country. Even if you only play in your zone, people from Asia will join and ruin the game (Asia and USA/Europe have trouble playing). The lag needs to be addressed before I return seriously to this game.
@@geoffwitt4227 Actually I play with all over the world and it is still quite fine after they fixed the huge issue that was present in September 2022... for which I uninstalled for 8 months.
I play this since 2006 and AOe since first game. Multiplayer mainly from MSN gaming zone like 99% of times MP.
I have hard time finding true tactical SGT\MSGt that are interested in non "I just wanna have fuN" but have a competitive mindset and are mature .,. beyond 25 years old even 30 or more...
Hard to find, mostly for personal situation t home etc.. Of course this game especially if they keep changing meta (which is absolutely disrespectful) it will not allow anyone to really take the game seriously or sort of, just for Pros it is possible.
I would like to be pro .. I won't be but at least be able to find a serious rated community... In vanilla it was much easier, still not really possible before this so called "Definitive Edition"...
I can't find ways to find people, community etc with same mindset.. TONS OF GAMES have this issue, hard to find similar mindset and approach people. For team gameplay.

Age1 is usually most complex.

They nerfed this civilisation. At least 2 cards already have reduced Lombards numbers
How is your game so fluid? Is this sort of 144 Fps?... mm that is gonna warm up the GPU too much for nothing apparently. Despite a very good GPU.

My tactic is same in early except i build tp with explorer, get market up's with tp resources. As architechs 3rd building, lombard. Finish of lombard aligns with age up, then bassilica. Second architech as soon as posible in 2nd age. 3/4 of villagers on food in 2nd age, 1/4 on wood. Fill lombards with food. Build archers and go on.
I don't know it is good
TP doesn't give you resources until upgrading stage coach in age 2, so idk
they made an AOE.... THREE??? what....
And a 4th one actually. This one came out in 2005 but they recently started adding new civs

@@ISBE91 Must have got full on working and so on. Also War in conflict still works and is sold by GOG... amazing game, great to play with randoms and amazing tactical support .. satisfying.
