- In this Martial Arts Secrets Revealed Interview Nidar Singh describes how he came to be the last living master of a secret ancient battlefield art Shastar Vidya. He answers; What does Chatka or Quick Kill mean? How are students chosen? And how he balances life and death?
Nidar Singh Nihang is the last surviving master of the Baba Darbara Singh Shastar Vidya Akhara established in 1661. He is dedicated to preserving the once secret heritage of the Guru's art of war that he learnt in the Punjab in India.

My guess he's a West Midlands factory worker how learned some Wing Chun and ran into a Hindu Rajput in 1984. He blended what little knowledge he has of Sikhism with Hinduism and threw in some concepts of Wing Chun.
I don't have a problem with him teaching this fighting style, but claiming it as Sikh or Sanatan Hindu-Sikh stuff deserves an ass kicking.
