Brilliant work, I find what you provide very useful. I had one question, is it possible to add a pdf guide to a form? for example if a question needs some context to refer to it would be useful to click and be able to see what's required by the question.
Thank you! There is a way to add description. The description field can do this magic. You can also have a small detailed line to any field. It’s not exactly what you asked for but it’s a workaround
Great video. thanks. The option to save the form half way through filling is useful when it is a long and complex form which may need more than one day to complete. Is it possible to email a link of the partial form to the respondent so that he can continue later on? You did mention that it is possible to copy the link, but it would be more convenient to have it in the inbox. Thanks.,
thank you. There is no great way to do it. You will need to save the link and mail to yourself. I do not use it because it’s not a common user experience. You as the owner need to explain your users what to do. This is not something I would do.
Thanks for all those videos. I wonder if you have any course on Zoho Forms and Zoho Sign integration. When I send out a form to be filled in, I also want this form to be signed and submitted. (but not with the signature box in Zoho forms, I need it signed by Zoho sign). I am not sure if the integration helps this. Any course on this? Thanks in advance.
I am finishing a new zoho forms course now that will have it. you can check the zoho forms -> settings -> document merge section. I hipe it helps.

Is it possible to send data from Zoho Form to multiple CRM modules?
And above all, how?
It’s a yes and no question :)
1) can’t be done using the native integration.
2) can be done using deluge. You need to push the data from the form to a single module (let’s call it receiver). From this one module with all the data we run a script that takes the correct data and push to the correct modules.
Thanks for such an informative video. I wanted to check if we send the user an email notification with the information the user shared with us using Zoho forms (a PDF attachment) , can Zoho E-Sign be integrated in the same email or will it be a separate email?

Your videos are great! I hope you can help me with a question. I have a form with assign value to each choice. If it is for the first option, add 0, if it is the second option, add 1, if it is the third option, add 3 ... all the questions have 5 options. But I need to see the results by sum each answer, the analytics only shows me the number of completed surveys ... can you help me?
It’s hard to help from a TH-cam comment :) try to play with the form rules and the formula filed. See if that helps.

Hello! I have a Help Desk form linked to Zoho Desk as a ticket.
In that form my clients write their address (street, number, city, postal code) so that we can visit them and carry out a repair.
Is it possible to link this data to a map/gps to send the location to my Technical Service area?

Yes! You can add the data to the crm and open a map widget with all your job locations. Your technician can see all his jobs on the crm app. We created a solution like that to one of our clients.

How do you share the Form entries with other members in your Zoho? For example as the super admin I can see the entries but my partner can only see his entries. I need the entries to be seen by my team.
Did you try to share with them the form? Share -> users/organization
Another option is to create notification and email every submission to users
How to change font colour of instruction field (only one instruction field) ?
Not sure if you can. I never tried it.
Is it free like Google Forms?
Yes there is a free version. It’s limited but it’s available.
