In order to help you I need access to your form. I recommend you to call zoho support. Their number is [phone].
Ask them for zoho forms help and ask for a screenshare. They will be able to see your screen and save the day. Let me know if I can help in any way.

I dont see why not. The upload is just a field. Did you try to do it?

Yes I tried, but cant seems to do so. Cant seems to do it on the rule function where the photo upload function only pops out if answer do not match this number

What if, for example, in the second rule I want to show the home address as well? I don't get the option to select it because it is already chosen in the first rule.

To clarify: I have a form with a dropdown menu (A and B).
Depending on the option selected, there are fields that are repeated. For example:
* If you choose option A, the "name" and "phone" fields will appear.
* If you choose option B, the "name", "adress" and "email" fields will appear.
1- What is the best way to do it? Do I have to duplicate the "name" fields in order to use a conditional rule?
2- If so, should I also map 2 times (A=name, B=name) when linking the form to CRM?
