Nothing wrong with the house. It’s investors buying it, never moving in, and flipping it for a profit because people want to live near movie stars. That’s it. The neighborhood is overrated for the views, but there is constant construction and the noise is annoying. Trucks are everywhere.
Rich people don't sell houses for the same reasons as less rich people 😉

If i don't I'll get my share anyways... 2 Golden Retrievers they love to go for a swim but when they are dirty and need a shower they go like stiff... And i go sweaty and then there's the shaking process :=)))
