The thing that made me know that this is legit like top-tier were the palm trees; because being from Florida I know my palm trees and those are so expensive. The last I heard when I was in Naples Florida a few years ago was $15,000 per foot of palm trees, certain species of course vary but you can fake almost anything these days when it comes to wealth and Josh is absolutely right: the two things there is no more of our precious metals and land so if you have those you’re wealthy legit and is silly as having 40 of those mega palm trees tells me everything I need to know. And I was rubbing elbows with Michael Kors and his estate looked quite similar when it comes to the landscaping style🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴
I absolutely can’t forget that the fine art in this house, especially the living art a.k.a. the moss walls are spectacular and I am a fine artist myself and judging off what I see in this video staged for an open house or a look at the house like this is impeccable. It actually has character, but still feels like anybody would appreciate the significance of art in this house instead of it just being an expensive accessory to hang on the walls, very well done.

Saw this one 4 Months ago toured by Enes. Price dropped. Still on the market. Absolutly love this one. But no one wants to buy these overpriced High-End Properties right now. This one will go for less than 22.
why pay $200k a month or so for RE taxes to entertain folks who most likely will visit you once a year? cheaper to go to the club. here you mostly pay for empty air and your ego

Mansion tax is killing California real-estate
FYI - There is no statewide mansion tax in California. The mansion tax is a city-imposed transfer tax and applied only to properties that sell for $5M or more and are located within the city limits of Los Angeles. The tax is 4% of the sales price for homes that sell between $5M - $10M and 5.5% of the sales price for homes that sell for &10M or more. This tax would not be applicable to homes in Beverly Hills or homes in any other city outside of the City of Los Angeles. Because this tax is not nearly a statewide tax, it can’t be killing California real estate prices
