Have been waiting for an MC21 cabin and flight control promo for ages, and finally..👍 I hope a presentation comes out without AI generated graphics, furthermore; hope there is no skimping on bells and whistles!

    It's pronounced MS not MC.
C in Cyrillic alphabet stans for S in Latin.

I don't think it will ever fly.
All the electronics would have to be imported or taken out of refrigerators.
But those parts are all used for the three days special military operation.

Dude the Narrow Body Market is still there, with B737max and A320neo family being nothing but upgrading the existing airframe, this new MC-21 is a BRAND NEW Airframe, made out of Scratch, with new modern technology!

@@JishyFishy4106 That´s my point. This is the best Russia can offer and it still is worse than A320 and B737 that is more than 50 Y.O.

@@JishyFishy4106 Name 2 areas where it leads ? The plane is already delayed by 8 years, will be delayed minimum 3-4 years more. It is 6 tons to heavy, has no engines with enough trust to fly reach ceiling height. Specs will not be met. Remember: both Airbus and Boeings data are verified, MC21 just has theoretical values that I doubt. This is a copycat as most of USSR´s aeroplanes. This will never be sold outside RF. Operations of Sukhoi S100 will still be ringing in western customers heads. C919 is already operational and will block all Chinese market for MC21. PD14 engines will have a higher fuel burn than PW1400 and will worsen the specs even more.

    Irkhut ?
I thought it was the MC-21 from the UAC.
And it is pronounced “MS-21”, nor MC-21. It is written in the Russian language

This looks like a great aircraft well able to compete with Boeing and Airbus, I wish the Russians well with this aircraft and hope to see it flying in the west in the future.

This video lies from the first second ”composite wings” - they use the same alloy wings but only some external pieces changed to plastic and it's all. This shit only for propaganda!

Unfortunately MC 21 has no future due to Russian invasion to Ukraine. With russian made PD-14 engines MC 21 dramatically lost its fuel efficiency. After they installed russian avionics, engines and wings plane overweighted over 6 tons. And they postpond first commercial flight for 2026 again. Actually video is russian propaganda.

So funny when you see a russian airframe constructor highlighting a simple PSU (Passenger Service Unit) providing fresh air and lighting to the passengers, this features exists in western airliners since 70 years! At least! Most of this propaganda video is made from synthetic pictures. I'm eager to see the real result of an 100% russian modern and operational airliner. I think it will take quite a while ...🤔
