No no . Not in LOS ANGELES and Chicago. And you can buy premade mole in a supermercado ( mexican market)

@@mariocisneros911 i understand but I need to go to Texas and see how they present it. After I learn, then I buy it at a local Mexican market outside of Texas and put it together. The restaurant experience is like a cooking school. That’s how I learn to make dishes

You're joking ? Any mexican area has 3 . And our food is now accepted in most areas but not in ultra elite areas. They consider our food poor which it is , but rather have french or Italian restaurants

Las Quekas en Military tienen quesadillas de Flor de Calabaza, tinga, Rajas poblanas, chicharron prensado.
