I have such admiration for these hard-working and clever people. I do worry about the eyes of the welders. Please, please wear eye protection while welding. I am from the United States and I wish these men good fortune for the rest of their lives.

Thats what i was going to comment the fact they welding without eye protection is crazyyyy!! Its going to fuck up their vision eventually n it’s going to be worse they ain’t going to be able to work n supply for their families specially the younger ones!!
N i have like a new one i had bought hardly used it when i was a mechanic cuss a car crashed me on my way to work n left me paralyzed! Id gladly send it to them but don’t know where too lol

They are using the welding helmet as a pot to boil their lunch and the shields are being taped together to make car windshields.

Așa eram și noi în România, acum vre-o 30 de ani, făceam orice, fiecare dintre noi știa să le facă pe toate, așa cum faceți voi, dar am fost vânduți și acum nu mai producem nimic, doar așezăm marfa pe rafturi în magazinele ocupanților. Ne-au distrus tot ce construisem, acum nu mai știm de noi ! Aș veni să lucrez cu voi, gratis, numai să-mi mai revăd acum la bătrânețe modul cum lucram cu ani în urmă, tineri și bătrâni împreună, învățam unii de la alții și făceam orice. Bravo încă odată, și nu lăsați pe alții să vă strice viitorul , cu s-a făcut la noi !
They can build anything except a nice workbench or welding table. Always working on the ground in the dirt and welding without a welding helmet. Not using a mask and inhaling spray paint...
First they need safety shoes, with flip flops if they put things higher it will hurt more when they fall on their toes...
The same with Iran nomads it's like their feet are tougher than rock ,

Suction. Look at all the crude construction which is not needed. AS AN EXAMPLE THEY DON'T EVEN GRIND OFF THE ROUGH EDGES OF THAT SQUARE PLATE. IT IS EASY TO BE A NIT PICKER BUT THEY WOULD NOT WORK FOR ME.

If you watch some other videos, you may see that most of the parts are assembled in the same workshops, probably nearby. Gearboxes, brake discs, shafts, pumps and many more. Engine looks like imported, but producing such an engine isn't a big deal though. In the end, they produce the finished product, desired product, from literal scrap and repurposed waste. Quality is shit, no doubt, but it's almost full cycle production. That's way more than most countries can.
