In the late 70s I attended the Philadelphia College of Art when it was in the Atlantic Building on Spruce at Broad. Right outside was an entry to the underground passage that connected to the El train, which I'd take home to the Northeast. It was completely empty except for bums and it smelled like toxic urine. I'm wondering what it's like today? (I move to LA in 1990 so I have no idea.) Thanks Captain!

15:20 Usually I'm walking along Market (south of City Hall) when the nuts try to get me to pay attention to their looney tune diatribes. It helps to keep walking and pretend they don't exist - don't even acknowledge them lol. Unfortunately you were standing still, so you were trapped. Now I try to walk down a street parallel to Market just to avoid them.
