I had the strata and these break aways are super annoying.. the design makes the lanyard hooks stick into your pits and hurts after long use but worst of all they break away far to easily to the point I'd rather use a zip tie to prevent smacking the dude under me with my big metal hook.. other than that #1 harness I've ever worn climbing cell towers

I'm considering this or the Strata. The Strata has the metal support bar while this has a plastic or composite support bar, it seems.
