How much does that thing weight and what size are they wearing in the Video? I hate wearing my harness because its too heavy. So I just climb like my Great GrandPA use to do back in his younger days.

I see an OSHA fine in your future.... or worse. There is a reason we don't do things the way our Great Grandpas used to them. The weight will depend on the size. I need help with the exofit strata. I was told it was a Cadillac of Harnesses. I paid 600 Every time I bend over new the sick back. Patting, get stuck in my jeans and starts pulling them down.
It's not very comfortable and I have a feeling that it's not adjusted, right. My leg and chest straps are all good. D ring is in the middle of my shoulder blades. doesn't feel right. When I first put it on, the belt was around my belly button area so I adjust the spine. To set more on my hips in, it's just not comfortable. I'm only in 5 foot 7 180 to 185lbs I gotta medium I'm ready to return it and i got it.

They should be able to help talk you through a solution. You can also reach out directly to 3M DBI-SALA and they can help as well. Another resource would be the safety director at your company. They should be able to help you fit your harness and let you know if a different size would be appropriate.

@LiftingandRigging I've reached out to 3M still Waiting on a response. I've also reached out to other companies that carry the strata that might be more competent. I can't find a video anywhere on how this is supposed to sit on your hips or waist or where This back padding is actually supposed to be. The owner's manual doesn't have or mention this info And how to set the spine adjustment correctly. You would think since that's the new innovation on this. That it would be more detailed on how to correctly set it.
