    After watching 100s of these type videos, yours are in a total different universe. Your techniques are so sound and technically correct. I especially love the FACE COMB. I bought one on line and love it. You are the only person to incorporate this device and it is awesome. It is evident you are highly knowledgeable and extremely skilled. I have just recently started this regimen daily and can honestly say it has taken at least 10 years off, but this is just the start. I believe it to be limitless. I am going for 20 years, then 30 years, then 40 years and I will be fine with that.
    The key is to do this everyday, drink plenty of water, believe in the results (you must) and than live each day as if you have achieved the result you desire. It's working amazingly for me and it can for you too. Oh......And make sure you offer gratitude for the changes.

I'm 60+ woman. can I do this massage to get beneffited? lf so than how long will it take to uplift my saggy skin? my skin was oily in my young age but now it's rather dry & rough. would u plz suggest the right facial massage oil for me? plz answer me. I will gratefull to u. from Bangla desh.❤

      Hi Bangla, you can also do this facial massage. It's not just about massaging; it's mainly about clearing the meridians on your face. You can do it once a day at most. You don't have to do every movement; just choose 2-3 movements to do after washing your face every day. Just be careful not to apply too much pressure. The key to massage is to focus on acupoints and meridians. When you massage, if you feel some soreness in the acupoints, that's enough. The more painful the area, the more likely there is blockage in the meridian. Massaging it gently will gradually alleviate it. As for dry skin, you can use vitamin E mixed with some rosehip oil or jojoba oil, or olive oil, for massage. After the skin absorbs it, you can apply moisturizer.

    May I know if this ritual can be done daily?

    • @Heptacademy-English
      @Heptacademy-English  24 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi, Sharon, you can do it daily according to your skin. If your skin is thin, you can choose 2 or 3 in the morning another 2 or 3 in the evening. The key of the technique is on acupoints and meridians not the skin itself.
