Tayo thanks for your hard work, we appreciate it. I only have one request though. Please make sure you emphasize the need for greenery to these estate developers when they take you around. This really needs to be hammered into their heads before they turn the whole of west africa into a concrete jungle. They don't need to cut down every single tree in the vicinity in order to build. They can relocate some of the trees and bring them back to be planted once they finish. Just a humble suggestion.
You need to have the trees already planted or leave few trees already existing on the land to allow for more natural and serene environment. You are now growing trees but l believe there were trees already on the land before you acquired the land.

While the affordable units are a great idea to a certain extend you have limited private property rights and as a result your home equity is limited. There's only so much that the bank is willing to loan you on your house and this limits your wealth creation ability

Please do your research of your location and safety... Most appartments 300 dollars for a 2 bedroom would mean the apartment will have a lot of appartment on the same compound. And usually thats not good for safety
To all you developers out there. Once you have the roads and plots marked out start planting trees along the roadside to prevent the place looking like a dry concrete jungle. There's no warmth in those buildings. They all look like offices inside. Just big spaces with white tiles and steel everywhere. Absolutely no character. More trees please!! This development isn't bad.
It's very good to set rules for the occupants . If not they will build anything to hide the beauty of the original plan . Although they've bought it but the company must monitor how they keep the compound . No kiosk and tables around .

Cameroon and Republic of Congo are around ghana in development making them middle income developing economies and states such as Equtorial Guinea & Gabon both have gdp PER CAPITAs & hdmi ratings far acceding those of not only in West Africa but all of Africa. Chad and CAR are more Saharan than they are Central African. Angola is in top 10 Africa economies in Africa every country in West Africa except Nigeria. The only "devastated" country in Central Africa is the DR CONGO.

While the affordable units are a great idea to a certain extend you have limited private property rights and as a result your home equity is limited. There's only so much that the bank is willing to loan you on your house and this limits your wealth creation ability

1,300 sq. ft., 2 bed, 2 bath... $100k is Not a deal. I was hearing prices of $300 rents in Africa. Not the case in Ghana. Must have different reasons to move to Ghana other than saving money. Nice video tho. Really good, smooth shots.

Please do your research of your location and safety... Most appartments 300 dollars for a 2 bedroom would mean the apartment will have a lot of appartment on the same compound. And usually thats not good for safety

To all you developers out there. Once you have the roads and plots marked out start planting trees along the roadside to prevent the place looking like a dry concrete jungle. There's no warmth in those buildings. They all look like offices inside. Just big spaces with white tiles and steel everywhere. Absolutely no character. More trees please!! This development isn't bad.

It's very good to set rules for the occupants . If not they will build anything to hide the beauty of the original plan . Although they've bought it but the company must monitor how they keep the compound . No kiosk and tables around .
