    Very impressed with how well done this video is considering he did it by himself and mostly 1 handed, and still made it look easy, not to mention he covers every detail i was curious about.

    Can leaking also come from the bottom crank pulley itself or bottom area? I think mine is down there. Unless its from the water pump, but the coolant makes it some how look like its coming from the bottom crank pulley area.

    When I took off the original, there was also an aluminum gasket with the black gasket. Is it recommended to install the new water pump with original aluminum gasket also?

    Great video boss I think this is a 2010 or a 2011 they revised the steering wheel and instrument cluster in 2012 they also added some extra ponies to the 2012 model laugh out loud

      No they didn't add. They under guesstimate the 10 and 11 with no official test done those years.

      @@lukeedmonds9245 not only that but the messed up thermostat placement and dirty air with oil going back on top the manifold. Not burning that crap like it should.

    So you don’t have to use any silicone between the gasket & water pump?

    If I do a water pump and thermostat replacement will it help 10 Camaro v6 stop overheating. I noticed that when I drive and step on it to get to speed or at idle it seems to overheat. And my oil temp gauge and my coolant temp gauge go up and pass the half way line. And it starts overheating to like 240 degrees? If you can please let me know that’d be great.
    Thanks

      I have the same problem, did this fix your situation?

    • @DopeNinjaGaming_
      @DopeNinjaGaming_ 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@maxkannur._.5835 haven’t fixed this issue yet actually. But I’ll be taking it to the a mechanic to diagnose it. I’m thinking it’s a stuck closed thermostat because I have no leaks or smoke coming from my engine bay. Hope you fix your problem too. It sucks having a car that overheats

      let me know if you figure it out , im dealing with the same issue. I always keep my eye on the coolant temp module and it raises until im eventually advised to idle engine. the temp consistently raises at 2Krpm+ and while idle.
