Same, have seen several of those and she sounds absolutely on point.
Since LPs reformation, my respect for Mike has grown more than I can put words to. The way he has carried himself through this and how happy he looks, is amazing.

I just saw the Forum concert and I feel like Emily throttled back a little bit and I loved it.... 2nd time live... I was a little on the fence but all in now, this is Linkin Park 2.0. Excited for the future....If you look for the footage there is one from TJ that has GREAT audio..

Considering Dead Sara songs, as a long time fan I recommend "For You I Am" and "Radio One Two" from the 2015 album "Pleasure to Meet You". Both songs are something else, and Emily vocals and expressions truly shines on them. Also as a long time listener of both groups I am SO stocked about all of this, can't wrap my head over it for a week! Looking forward to what the guys will bring!
This is freaking epic! Huge diehard fan of LP since day one and a fan of Dead Sara Emily brings the energy that is Linkin Park. Chester would definitely approve and likely ask the band why it took so long to get back to doing what they love to do, make music and perform for us. It's so good to see the smiles on their faces. LP is back!!!!

This was an amazing interview and I can't wait for more! I'll be there at the Forum for their first show! I love Emily's voice. It's unique and screams Linkin Park. I've been a fan since they were still named Hybrid Theory (yes, check it, it happened.) I believe Chester would be looking down from whatever afterlife and just have the largest smile on his face.

I really enjoy the level headedness of your reaction man. It so easy to be a LP fan and just love absolutely everything that comes from the band without fault. You can tell your excited like most of us are that they are back but your being fair. A good example is how you caught on super early in the live show she blew her voice going to hard. Keep up the top work mate.

There's only one Dead Sara song I know. "Wheatherman" was playing on the radio in some Need For Speed game almost a decade ago. I remember thinking "man what a raspy female voice I love it"
Please I beg you, react to Emily performing "Keys to the Kingdom" at the show in LA. First time that song was performed live, they never did it while Chester was still here.
When Mike mentions seeing the look on the audience faces when the were performing The Emptiness Machine.. I immediately thought about the genuine reactions among various you tube channels.. Including yours.. Just awesome!

I fully agree, just want to say though "Her backing of Masterson" was because she was asked to support a friend in court. Someone she thought was a good person until he wasn't. Would you just believe someone you've known for years was a horrible terrible person just based on accusations? That is how many many people are wrongly convicted of anything. Not saying Masterson was, but even in his case there was basically only testimonies as far as I'm aware. Everyone has done wrong somewhere in their lives, everyone has something they're regretful of. Emily doesn't deserve the hate she's getting, you know?

I definitely heard a a great performance at the Forum show and I already enjoyed the 1st live stream. I have mentioned this before but I been lucky through connections to see LP with Chester lot 32 times. He had cracks his Give it up live performances were not always perfect. So I think we need to chill and enjoy this evolution. I will rock out at any new shows I go to but when I want to listen to the older stuff I will listen to the originals with Chester singing. To me that is a win win.

Please do reactions to all of this journey you're going on, haha. I've seen your LP videos for years, so I know you're a pretty genuine legitimate fan. Saying you want to get into the nitty gritty with collabs and b sides and stuff is literally music to my ears.
Have you listened to the demos on the anniversary editions of Hybrid Theory and Meteora yet? I know everyone has done Lost and Friendly Fire, but there's a metric load of content, demos, b sides and such, contained on those two records.
Either way, I'm along for the ride. LP is my favorite band, of all time, since OSC in 2000.

It’s more about you were critical of her voice cracking when… In this interview you will hear Mike say it was because she was crying not because of her ability. She wasn’t trying too hard or any of the things that you had said. That was the reason for my comment on your other video. Because you hadn’t seen this interview yet.
Her voice cracked because she could not hit the notes in that moment. It wasn't an emotional moment, it was a technical one. If you noticed they raised the key on some of the songs (Somewhere I belong, In the End, Numb). They did it to suit her range, but ironically it meant she had to work in that range, if they had left it she probably would have had an easier time for example on Catalyst, because that should be an easier song where the screaming is not as intense, it's all note-carry. But a hiccup here or there is no big deal, she sounded amazing.
Yeah I'm sure that she had no nerves being her first live performance with the group she Any good singer would dream to front. Even Mike was nervous and he's been there done that for 20 years. Get over yourself it wasn't a technical moment it was a emotional moment It's called nerves and excitement and anxiety. This might be the dumbest critical response I've ever heard
I'm not sure if it was a leak or a guess, but in one of Nik Nocturnals streams on Twitch somebody mentioned Emily Armstrong in chat (in one of his tin foil hat streams). I checked out one of Dead Sara's songs, it didn't have any screams or anything in it. So I was like "Nah, I don't see it." But I am fully on board now after seeing the announcement stream and hearing the single. She's a great fit for LP.
It's funny, BMTH released my favorite album this year followed closely by Imminence. But then LP pulls an uno reverse card. I am very eager to hear this new album. ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥

It has been 7 years since Chester and in most cases if your partner dies you will be sad but find another partner so I don't have anything against the band. I think they are also sad but trying to move on. ACDC did the same thing so quit the hate people.
Did you know Chesters old band Grey Daze replaced him with a girl and ehen asked about the change they said theres no differencebc "they've had a girl singing the whole time" so i just feel a little iffy about it.
