The West African bloc ECOWAS has warned the region faced “disintegration” after the military rulers of Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso quit the regional grouping and formed a breakaway union. The three countries formed a “Confederation of Sahel States” at a meeting on the eve of the Economic Community of West African States leaders’ summit. Niger's military leader said the country's people have irrevocably turned their backs on ECOWAS. ECOWAS is reeling with sweeping Islamist violence, financial trouble, and challenges mustering a regional force. Junta-led Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso have turned to Russia to counter the regional challenges.

Love the project one tree, if the Africa can establish a law about tree cut and plantation. My take, you cannot cut a disturbing tree at your back yard without government approval. On ECOWAS, I think it is higher time West African countries raise and step up their game to stand for Africa Continent

You cannot ‘just plant a tree’. Trees have specific requirements in order to properly grow and flourish. It must be done with knowledge and the understanding that the ecosystem that the tree is planted in must be maintained. Forests and other ecosystems must be looked after and respected. Husbandry of the environment must be done throughout the world and it is time to gather those who know the science, the true science, not commercial, fanatical, or governmental pseudosciences that have been dropped into our midst by vested interests. In the long run, our children and their children, etc, deserve to inherit a planet that greed and avarice was not able to rape of its resources.

1. What is CCP Chinas role in the development?
2. What is Iran's and Russia's role in the development?
3. What is Boko Harams role in the development?
