Please do Santa Clara 😊 Curious to know what your thoughts are on the new Downtown Santa Clara future development and how it would impact home prices near the area over time.
@@dxcheong perhaps in the future! Pro tip is simply use google maps and have it depart or arrive to your work hours so you can see the common traffic jam areas.
@@SpencerHsuyes I know that works. Actually here’s an idea. How about a breakdown of the overall traffic as a standalone episode. Out of towners would benefit greatly from knowing the differences between 101, 880, 580, 680, 280, 237, 85, the bridges and tunnels. I live near Valley Fair and we have great access to 280 and 880.
The thing I found about San Jose in much of the Bay Area. Unless you move to Santa Cruz. It’s almost impossible to escape the sound of traffic or the highway.
Thats partially true. Look at a map and as long as homes are at least 4-5 rows away from a highway/busier road, you’ll be fine. San Jose is very big so the outside perimeters have no noise
Are you taking it? Welcome to the bay :) lots of great job tech opportunities, lots of things to do at night and fitness related activities but no beach :)
@@SpencerHsu thanks! I don’t work in tech so the salary isn’t high but it’s high enough where I don’t qualify for 80%AMI. I have until Tuesday to accept
@@SAsh-zg6ln Do it. It's not just the first job that gets you to where you want to be but it's the environment and network that allows you the opportunity to do very well. Got to put in the work but no better place in the world than here in tech.
@@SpencerHsu I lived there from 1989 to 2011, it was ok to good, depending on which neighborhoods you lived in, definitely some more grittier neighborhoods back then but I think now it's a lot safer.
First off Asian are not natives of Calif, there only one native and that native American and the Mexicans there here way before the Asians came to this part of America they were brought here to build the rail roads
Born and raised in SJ. Stick with Willow Glen or Almaden for a family friendly environment
Lots of great options! Cambrian, Berryessa, evergreen are also fantastic choices

Will do!
Great breakdown. Commute and traffic info would be helpful.

@dxcheong good idea! I know the traffic everywhere so happy to share so people can factor this in advance
I liked the map breakdown 👍
Thanks!

@@SpencerHsu true. I’m going to drive up there and check out the area
@SAsh-zg6ln enjoy!
South San Jo by Oak Grove High School is where I lived for 22 years😊
That is great! How did you like it there?

@herbvon5853 things have definitely improved a lot for sure!
I heard Story and King is one of the best areas in San Jose
Help me understand that
Story and King is one of the bad areas in San Jose. 🙁
Precious person was probably trolling. Good Mexican and Viet food!

Good job. Born in the Bay Area means you are native. Thanks for your wisdom
@@SpencerHsu Ignore the haters bro
@CrazyVim of course!
Native Americans are of asian decent. They descended from Mongolians
@3dknight5 cool
