@@koailitykolas7710 I passed pre trip. However, I have to go back and take the remainder of the test. It’s a blessing in disguise because it will give me more time to practice.
This is good teaching boss lady. Your 90 seems so easy vs my school. I’m gonna try it your way. Small right and left I’m tryna and control the trailer so it goes where I want it to.
Thank you for sharing your video with us around the world 🌎, this is far the best explanation I have seen since I started my CDL class in July, now I’m waiting on my exam date, I need to do Straight back, Off-Set and Alley dock, I need to share this video with my schoolmates, 🙏
She's really good! Thank goodness in my state we just have to do straight back, 45 and 90 degrees. Never knew of blind side parallel or the other parallel. But good stuff though.
Thank you Ma'am I am preparing for my MELT Class 1 in 🇨🇦🇨🇦 although I am an experienced driver of an articulated truck in middle east, but your videos helps me a a lot. Thank you so much
Great video/information. I am switching to automatic. I passed my air Brake/Pre-trip on a manual, but failed in the parking maneuvers. When you say go slow (in an automatic), do you have the service brakes depressed through the parking maneuvers to control the truck speed? Or is there a mode to get the truck in, to control the speed, like a manual can do through the use of the clutch?
Wow. What state is this? I can't believe your DMV allows such an easy test! and why is that not a 53ft trailer?. Not to mention automatic is way easier to drive. I I just can't believe how small the tractor and the trailer is, and they? And then you don't have more cones to maneuver around.I wish my state's d m v would accept this
What?! The last test.. blind side parallel failed. I'm sorry I'm not going to lie to anyone.. you clearly went over the line, then remark how your close.. no, no you know that you crossed. Anyways you are a decent driver. But a fail is a fail.
If you turn ur wheel left ur trailer goes left ....if you turn ur wheel right ur trailer goes right ....thnk I heard you say turn ur wheel left an ur trailer will go right .....
No, she said it correct. To get your trailer going to the right as you back you start by turning your wheel left, then crank wheel all the way right to straigten trailer with truck, and go from there depending on target/maneuver.
You really need to be moving the driver cam especially on the last parallel parking. Honestly think you are a driver in training. You have the knowledge but that many pull ups and points as an instructor is not good. It was extremely frustrating trying to get the formula down with the amount of turns on the steering wheel and how many feel away from the cones you need to be before starting to turn the wheel on the blindside parallel parking if you CANNOT even see the cones due to the driver cam being on the left side. And honestly it was a total fail on the last one. A good video with good information and knowledge but I would suggest remaking some parts of the video until it’s nearly perfect or has less errors for it to be a more effective video.
Honking the horn is to call attention to danger, if you are parked and will no longer be moving it makes no sense to honk the horn to call attention to yourself like if you need to tell the world you did a good job :/ completely unnecessary.
This is so helpful because I’m truly struggling with backing in CDL school. I test out on March 18. I’m praying to pass the first time .
Did you pass? I hope you did
@@koailitykolas7710 I passed pre trip. However, I have to go back and take the remainder of the test. It’s a blessing in disguise because it will give me more time to practice.

Best Teacher
This school makes it's a bit simpler by using a short truck and trailer with wheels all the way to the rear. 👍🏽
Very excellent teacher

I want to get trained by you, how do I apply to that,I want to get down to you straight what are the process to follow.
❤❤
Great video, but you state safety first and you didn't wear your seatbelt.
I was looking for this comment...knew I wasn't the only that saw that.
Not many people wear their seatbelt while backing. I agree though that as an instructor, she should have worn it
❤❤❤
Great video 💯📸 but my class tested out in a 53" foot trailer
Some schools test you in a 53" foot trailer it's a little different
The last test she did 4 pulls ups
I need more vedio because I want to be a truck driver from Namibia
Wanderful guud draiver guud ticher

Will there be a New video put up for 2024

Omg,🎉 when will this be my turn?
How many skills do you have to pass on the test?
Techniques are the same parallel is the same as changing lanes.
I am now base in South Africa, pls advise, thanks madam
En un motor Hyundai de cuatro cilindros con ese sonido todo Mecanico ya sabe cuál es el problema.
Having a hard time with off set
It looks much easy when people doing it but really frustrates when we do it specially parallel parking😢
Felicia looks like she DONT PLAY!!!!

How many points to fail.
Is that a 53 foot trailer ?
No
I wonder what size it is then ?
27 or 28 footer
Or tell me how to get in your class
Short trailer a lot easier

I caught that mistake as well in the backing up straight portion.

The reason we honk the horn after the maneuver is to alert the tester that we completed the maneuver.
Thanks for this powerful tutorials.
