Great video! Question, I have a pair of J11, and the soles aren't clear blue any more. I've used Salon Care 40, also tried a 50 volume, and the sun. They aren't getting more ice blue, and still have a small yellow tint, but at least they aren't brown any more. Will this make them look orange, or will the red color be dominant?

Good question I can’t say forsure, I actually think the learher dye might be a bit more concentrated so it’s likely even stronger which is pretty ideal for something like this.. I’m not sure how well the suede dye would hold or if you wouldn’t be able to fully tint the soles potentially

I have some jordan 11 legend blues that are still very icy. Minimal yellow at the bottom at that. Lets say, i want to keep the color over time. What colors could i use to keep that transluscent light blue? I was thinking the angelus light blue dye and mixing with sole bright and acrylic white paint. It’s really easy my guy I customized a few , save your money and try it out if your wrist is good now … just make sure to tape it up well and you should be fine ! Hope your injury’s doing alright bro .
I used the red dye and sole bright for my low Jordan 11s IE, and I got some dye on the mid soles (never trust masking tape again). How can I get that off to look as close to white again?
Unfortuantely dye is pretty permanent it’s super hard to get out and you can’t paint white over it... may be worth considering a speckle print on the midsole to try and blend it in

I would imagine it should. But it would probably alter the tint or hue of the lights.

Geez good video. Great advice with the sole bright and not using tape. Tape and dye never work too well. Maybe vinyl tap but still may bleed.

So you can’t mix dye and paint but you can use neutral to lighten the potency of the blue.

That’s a tough one, you may want to just try unyellowing them (restore) em rather than any dyeing

Is the outlining with the detailed brush done on the 2nd coat as well?
Sorta depends on the color but since you’re idealistically going a little bit thicker with that coat it shouldn’t be needed

No leather paints gunna crack/chip right away unfortunately . I don’t believe they make a white leather dye either honestly I haven’t seen that before
