You appeal to so many different types of people who are in different levels of fitness and we’re all learning valuable information from you.     You really are amazing and how you explain things on how to utilize weights and use proper form to achive muscle the proper way is something that people really need to learn. I think you should reach out to kanye west, bradly martin, ronald everline, kevin hart for some outreach cause people in the states here could find your videos really helpful, i have come across people that just go through workouts like beasts but dont fully understand what you bring is actually a whole new world and makes people stronger. Put yourself out there cause what you do and the content you make is morr useful then you give yourself credit for..Love you Obi and many Blessings🙏

    We care! Big motivation for me..in germany lock down of the fitnessstudio`s again..really goes on my nervs. Try to stay in shape with Kettlebells and Bodyweight-exercise but not the same as lifting weights. Specially after the first lock down..I got into the moud again and now again, hate it but try stay positive. Your a inspiration for good eating as well, which I defininetly should do more and more consistent! On my personal way! I am not the biggest guy..weight is 75-78 Kg but I also don`t really want to..you know..goals and stuff..also into boxing / MMA and therefore massive arms are not everything. ;) My goal is to get back to 71 Kg, ( lightweight / weightclass ) so I will get more shredded again automatically but at the same time, I don`t wanna loose muscle`s and strength; I know that one is always hard, cause you have to go into a calories deficite. Is this somehow possible or do I hunt a phantom? So to bring it on point: Lose some fat, stay or even increase my strength, and get the maximum of strength with the weight I have, if you know what I mean. x) Maybe you have some good advise for me? First mass building and get on diet after or first get shredded and try to build from there some strength max., what would do you recommend? Thanks Obi!! Keep doing, what your doing and stay strong.     Man its messed up that you have to worry that you're gonna be deported until you get your citizenship. No legal resident/migrant in this country should be made to feel that way, especially not someone so clearly kind and motivated as yourself. I'm lucky that my parents just managed to get their citizenship before I was born (they fled from the civil war in Bosnia in the 90s) but I have plenty of friends in a similar situation to you who have been to hell and back just to get their passports, despite living and working in the UK for years. Screw this government and their lack of compassion and hostile environment policies, hope it all works out for you!
    p.s. love the videos man, only recently found your channel but you've really motivated me to push harder in my own training and to get into crossfit once corona is over

    Obi, as someone who considers himself a cyclist first, lifter second, I think you'd love track cycling. Riding a fixed gear bike is weird until you get used to it, but, once you do, it's such a fun type of bike to ride. Clipping into a fixed gear bike lets you put down some serious power, so I think it would be right up your alley
