    Madam,drinking directly as a juice we
    Can make it as koottu, adding pulses.It will be good for health
    as it contains Protein also.Those who are allergic to raw juice can make it as a koottu and consume with rice, chapathi etc. 😊

      Namaskaram Meera. The reason for weight gain needs to be known. Many times, hormonal imbalance could cause weight gain.
      For general weight gain due to improper diet and lifestyle, recommend to shift to organic whole grains, pulses and millets which are fibre rich. Avoiding processed and refined flour products. Using cold pressed oils and avoiding refined oils. Having plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
      Enough water and sufficient Physical activity is the answer to weight loss.
      Avoiding white sugar and nonvegetarian food is also important.
      If weight gain is due to hormonal imbalance,then we need to address those through the support of safe supplement.

      You could use Kodo millet, little millet and barnyard millet and cook it just like rice. Switch to brown rice. Avoid white rice. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull 🙏😊

      Acidity in body is caused due to many reasons
      Thus achieving alkalinity in body requires few lifestyle changes.
      One among them is consuming ashgourd juice.
      Have it daily morning on empty stomach or at around 11 am for atleast a month.
      Besides, avoid non-vegetarian food, processed maida based food, carbonated beverages, white refined sugar, alcohol etc.
      Consuming fibre rich plant based whole foods, fresh fruit and vegetables help create a good and beneficial gut microbiome that helps with achieving the right pH for the body.

    Can ash guard juice be bitter in taste sometime..... Beacuse people says if bottle guard is bitter than its toxic and people can also died if consume bitter juice..... Is it same with ash guard juice or not..... Because today when i drink juice its feel little bitter in taste to me..... Well i m still alive yet after 2 hours 😂..... But want to know for future.

      Ashgourd juice is not bitter to taste. It's kind of bland. You can drink more water to get rid of the bitter taste.

      Generally this is caused due to a viral or bacterial infection. If bacterial,then doctor will recommend an antibiotic dose.
      Diet wise, avoid oily,spicy and nonvegetarian food.
      Have soft food like moong kichdi,upma,idli,curd rice made with buttermilk, etc. Pomegranate helps in healing the gut. Fruits like banana, apple,chikoo, papaya etc are also good. Avoid milk. Buttermilk is best.

    Nope.. not for places with extreme low temperatures... I had it as advised by mixing pepper but still got cold, since overall it's temperament is to cool body as per ayurveda..... South people will not understand this since there it's hot 8 months and moderate cold in winters

      Namaskaram. It's safe for everyone. If one is prone to cold, sinusitis,you can add a pinch of pepper and honey and have. You can have it on alternate days,if you have a tendency to get cold. If not,it's good to have it daily on empty stomach in the morning, especially for your GERD. Continue for a month and see if it gives relief. If yes,then switch to alternate days.     Maam pls help me..I started taking it from 1st November.its hard to find ashgourd here..can I buy 3 or 4 ashgourd at one time...how can I keep it at home for long.after cut I kept it in fridge and before making juice I keep it in room temperature...next time if I find 2 or 4 peice in market can I buy n store it...should I store it in open or fridge .where

      Uncut ashgourd can be stored for minimum one month..once ,cut put it in the refrigerator..you can cut in small pieces and store in an airtight container inside the fridge. Uncut ones can remain outside at room temperature. Whenever making juice,take a cupful of pieces from the refridgerated container and blend in mixer. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull 🙏

    Here people says that Ash gourd makes body bones unhealthy. Does it have a sense madam? Is it true? Here in SL there are lot of ash gourds but no one specifically take them to eat but hangs in houses.

    Is it the same as calabash. In South Africa calabash is the only thing I can think of not sure if it the same thing. I grows in all shapes and sizes. Don't want to take the wrong thing

      On researching, I find that Calabash is bottle gourd and not ashgourd.
      If you do not get Ash gourd,you could use bottle gourd. It's alkaline too.
