In my opinion the ps5 pro doesn't do much more then the ps5 itself and it doesn't come with a disk drive or a stand the disk drive is 70 bucks and the stand is 30 bucks and the ps5 pro is 700 bucks do the math it's just not worth it that's a grand total of 810 bucks before tax and the specs on this new system sucks I'll stick with my ps5 slim
The disc drive cover and other bottom cover DO fit the pro. Just the top ones that don’t. If you have a slim with a disc drive you can fit it to the pro immediately!
Is there a reason why the disc drive is sold out everywhere and doesnt look to be restocking anytime soon. Very annoying if im honest coz most my games are physical from having the OG ps5 disc edition.
Hello. I was wondering. I've been having issues trying to do data transfer from the PS5 to PS5 pro. I restarted both systems several times and made sure they're both up to date in software version. I'm hooking both of them to a lan cable and even testing it by Wi-Fi on the same networks for both. Getting speeds of 380mbps average on my network. I rebuilt the database and cleared the cache of the PS5. Restarted my router in other room. And no matter what I did, it's always stuck on, "please wait". After pressing PS5 power button for 1 second in the transfer steps, Then it says " Cant transfer data". Is there any fix coming for this or anything I can do? Many people reported this on forums too. I don't have direct access to a router in my room for lan cables to hook directly to it. But this shouldn't be an issue either way, and i've been going through it for days.
With games that have upgraded "PS5 Pro enhanced" quality modes, do I need 1440p? - (I have no 1440p capability). I do have 4K (2160), 120Hz and VRR though..
I was tempted to get the PS5 Pro i will stick with my Regular PS5 wouldn’t mind get one of those new controllers the Chroma Blue still have my Metallic Controllers .
Reasons why I’m getting the ps5 slim 1 it’s cheaper than ps5 pro Ps5 slim $689 AUD digital edition and ps5 pro it’s $1200 2 it’s small fits my desk 3 the storage ps5 OG it’s 888 GB and ps5 slim it’s 1TB 4 I can always buy a bigger storage of ssd like 4TB
Console and pc are completely different, to market. Definitely won’t be selling to the mainstream. If you gonna call it pro. It should have pro everything. Edge controller! Pr matters more, than greed(never learn from ps3) U get free online money and ps tax, on stuff. How bundles are old methods, at selling stuff🙁 I definitely won’t be getting it, until it’s 2nd hand, for like 200. and u can play ps6 games smoother. like ps5 games, that has ps4 ports. Coz we know it not gonna get any more affordable and it’s a cross gen industry now. Does look slick tho. Ps5 always look mint to me.

You don’t need the stand and most ppl nowadays buy games Digitally anyways. So no need to spend a extra $100
