I recently bought the regular TUFF Cuff to help with tennis elbow type pain, has helped straight away. Well made product and is doing exactly what i wanted it to do.
@@Grimmjow19872 I had to chase the pain, some times right below the elbow crease and as much as an inch and a half lower depending on the day. Hope that helps 👍

If mine is 12.5” should I get 13 or size down?

How do you wear it? right around the elbow or right below on the forearm
