    Follow along at home as Coach Dan runs you through a total body hockey workout alongside Coach Kevin.
    This is a Total Body hockey-specific strength workout that utilizes supersets and a "finisher" tri-plex to create strength and balance in the body while breaking up muscular adhesions and improving the movement patterns that are most often used out on the ice.
    Due to the volume and intensity of this session, we recommend that this be your only hockey workout for the day (not including mobility and skill work).
    The Hockey Workout:
    A1: Bodyweight Forward Reaching Lunges x 6/side
    A2: Push-Ups x 10
    B1: Bodyweight Lateral Reaching Lunges x 6/side
    B2: Pike Push-Ups x 10
    C1: Bodyweight Posterior Reaching Lunges x 6/side
    C2: Standing Calf Raises x 10
    D1: Shoulder Y x 8
    D2: Shoulder T x 8
    D3: Shoulder W x 8
    *Each grouping is repeated for 3 rounds with 45 seconds rest in between

      I made some suggestions to make it more intense. Get a weighted vest. When you do shoulder presses pull knees towards shoulders tuck stomach in it works abs upper back an shoulders. Make exercises 1 Minute do 12 or more exercises go straight through rest at end of circuit will raise heart rate an burn more calories an burn fat. 😊

      Also get weighted wrist bands 3lb go for a minute straight rest only when you can't do no more 3 to 5 seconds push the whole way through the 1minute

    I was ready to workout. Found this video at the top of google search. Started the video and began my workout with 1 minute of finding the video. Needed something quick and this was perfect. Thanks Guys! I really like how the video is 20 minutes and you do the full countdown rather than showing each of these workouts in a 5 minute video. I just play my own music in the background.

    Can make exercises harder by making exercises 1 minute then after 1st full circus rest 10 seconds continue. Go faster higher intensity with more exercises say like 12 exercises. Add blurpees too for 1 minutes

    The rest period is too long. 30 secs is plenty. Good workout, I like the exercises.

    Is this workout good for conditioning? I am 12 and I’m wondering what workout would be good for me to get my conditioning better?

    Then end with plank ab exercises pulling legs up to shoulders pulling knees slightly bent abs tight into chest. Works abs upper back an shoulders

    coach my right side outside edge control,stopping ,crossovers sucks! Its like my foot just falls in when crossing over right... my right knee rotates in bad too... cant get it over my knee straight I'm a left shot..., Guess my hip is tweaked and i need to strengthen and stretch which ive been doing , how do i make my weak leg/hip/ankle strong like my left? Love the content!

    Good day! Thank you very much for the information you give on your channel. I live in Siberia. in our town there is one skating rink that works all year round, there are a lot of people who want to train, in addition to ice hockey, we have developed bandy hockey. I train my skating on roller skates. If possible, please make a video about roller hockey exercises. I think it will be very useful.
