Bf2 had the best layout because it was made for outdoor pvp. Then 2019 the best for graphics and cover. But it’s made small and very symmetrical because it’s the center of the mode it was made for the wave defense so it was made to be even. And except for slippery edges.
The new battlefront is still dissapointing. A fan could make a better game if he had the money, its just irritating on the lack of maps, game modes, ect. It's fun to play sometimes but still overall a disappointment, just like bfv

For me: 04: By far my favorite maps of the series, especially Bespin Platforms, Tatooine Dune Sea, and Rhen Var Citadel. I also think having different species like the Tusken Raiders and the Gungans added a lot to the immersion of the game. 05 had it for a few maps but the EAfront games don't have it at all, which I personally find to be disappointing. The second most basic of the four we have thus far, but it doesn't fall into the trap that games like Dragon Age: Origins have. This trap being that 04 is a good concept with lots of room for improvement, which brings me to ... 05: Favorite game mode with Galactic Conquest and my favorite core idea: the unfettered unashamed single player/split screen power fantasy. 05 takes the overpowered nature of Force users and makes you feel as powerful, even when you're just a lowly front line grunt. The space combat is great (one of the areas where I think it holds up), especially boarding the enemy's hangar with a transport and sabotaging their systems. Granted I did grow up with BF2 like many people did, but even now I still return to it from time to time. One of the absolute crowning achievements from the Golden Age of Star Wars games. 15: 17 but worse in every way. The only thing I liked about this game was the direction they took with the heroes, and how they all played and felt distinct. It did also provide a template or 17 to vastly improve upon, so credit where credit is due there. 17: The most conflicting one for me. It has the best gunplay in the series without a shadow of a doubt and I think the best multiplayer. I also think the heroes in EAfront 2 are by far the best in the series, especially over the 2005 heroes. This game has had a No Man's Sky level of redemption throughout the years; it is by no means the shameless, hollow, and transparent cash grab that it was originally designed to be. However, I feel as though its important to remember this game's past. It is unfortunately a game of its time, and while the fallout from the outrage has long since settled, and the game is not what it originally was, I'm still left feeling conflicted about it. I don't find it as easily to dive into this one and lose all track of time as it is in the original Battlefront 2, but that could very well just be nostalgia. My personal list is 05 > 04 > 17 > 15. Nostalgia does play a role in that ranking, as does my personal thoughts on EAfront 2 as a product of its time, but that's just my opinion.
Yeah, my frustrations are about how much more the game can be, but compared to the old ones is just so much better in basic aspects like gameplay and art direction.

I've only played battlefront 1 and 2 (originals) and I'd say 2, though I remember 1 had more air troops on ground maps which was awesome. But then 2 had jedi and sith, so that trumps it, but they are both great games.
I like to use a droideka as a shield. In battlefront I. They can't shoot u when ur right in front of them. So I use their bubble as my shield. And take out the vulnerable droids behind it while I wait for the shield to turn off and then destroy the droideka
I can't choose between 2005 and 2019. The 2005 definitely has a better atmosphere to it but also has a lot of empty room, which I'm not a fan of. The 2019 map is much more detailed given the space it takes up, but feels way too bright and cartoony.
I like BF2Cs Kamino map the most. Theres a platform on the Rebel/Clone side depending on what Era you are playing in that looks directly into the middle platform where all the action happens. And if you only play offline like I did when I was younger, you can just sit there and snipe all game without any interruptions whatsoever

Can't forget a very specific sound that can be heard in the earlier games. This specific sound was a random sound for when you shot at the ground and it was like you can hear the "ting" of a ricocheting bullet.

Number 10. There are turrets throughout the map in the first two. But the new battlefront there aren’t any spread out,like the old ones. So you can’t just shoot someone clear across the map with turrets lol . Which I think th turrets were a nice addiction to kamino

Regardless of how you feel about 2017 bf2 its absolutely gorgeous.
