i just had a grille paint fry up on me too. now i have to sand it all off to bare plastic. I barely put any base on top. plastic parts are a bitch. some fry, some don't. I used only dawn and isopropyl alcohol to clean plastic parts
The only way to get the final product your looking for is to learn from your mistakes. The good news is that it’s just paint. Obviously there’s time and money invested, that goes without saying. But it’s all fixable and a valuable lesson to all. Take you’re time and you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish with that turbine unit and these bumps in the road will only make the finish product that much sweeter.
