Thank you for the informative video! 👍I like the machine and I love the color - it’s pleasure for the eyes. I only don’t like the mess with the cables which are on the way.
Hi, thank you for your comment. The best thing to do is to get an inexpensive drag chain; that way, the wiring moves on a predefined path without being on the way. Drag Chain: s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_Ddp7U1r You may also grab a cable sleeve to collect the small sections where the drag chain cannot be used. Hi, @davemizrachi8531; thank you for your comment. You cannot engrave aluminium with diode laser engravers, only if it is anodized or it has some kind of coating; in this case you can try 80% power and speed between 500 and 1000mm/min. If you have a scrap piece you can try few speeds/power settings in it. I hope it helps, Ciao
Hi, thank you for your comment. Generally, brads are giving lifespans ranging from 10000 to 25000 hours. This is of course a very optimistic life and definitely not at 100%. From experience I can confirm that the power drops overtime in all the lasers modules, and it deepens not only on the power but the material you cut or engrave, e.g., engraving on metals is more detrimental to the optics due to the reflection. To give you some numbers a NEJE A40640 laser module with about 2000hr of operation 50% at 95% and the reminder at 80% dropped from 10 to 7.8W of optical power. I hope it helps. Ciao
Hi, thank you for your comment. I accept criticism, just you should provide reference to the part of the video where you believe that playback speed should not have been increased. Ciao
Super review - thanks for putting the time in it. I do appreciate the information on your material tests.
Thank you so much for choosing Sculpfun! Very nice video.

Thank you for the advice. Appreciated! 👍
What would be a good setting speed and power to engrave aluminum with on the s30 ultra 22w machine? Thank you in advance dave

Can anyone tell how many hours of work it would work using 100% power? It uses a CO2 of 100 watts and lasts more than 8,000 hours.

The most illuminating video would be if you did not increase the video speed. Just constructive criticism! A cordial hug!
