I am Hindu brahmin from Bengal. When I was a child my father brought photograph of Jesus, and we consider him as great spiritual master of the world. There was no conflict between the two religions. Now I am 65 years old still consider Jesus as one of my spiritual masters. Currently I am reading the book on Kashmir and Tibet by Swami Avedananda and interested to see his findings from Lama at Hemmis Gampaha.

I believe that in Autobiography of a Yogi, Yogananda states that the "Wise Men" were really Hindu saints who had received visions of Jesus impending birth as an avatar and so travelled to the Middle East to be present for that and to pay homage to him. The Bible as we have it does not explain any of this in very much detail, and I don't know why. I can't see any reason why the early writers would not have known at least an accurate outline of this part of the story. Study Bibles only offer speculation that the "Wise Men" were from Mesopotamia or Persia, but there is no proof of this. Either the writer of that material simply did not know the fact, of somebody later changed the narrative to fit a different agenda.

The point of interest to note is the respect with which the Hindu yogis treat the religious leaders of others and the pure contempt with which Christians return the feeling. As a Hindu I respect Jesus and his historicity (or actual lack of it to be more precise) as shown by Christian/ Biblical historians themselves. Hindu reverence for leaders of others displays an immense magnanimity on their part. It displays the immense spiritual depth from which they operate. The church and its mission should bow in shame at the atrocities they are responsible for towards this, grand, elegant culture and still surviving ancient civilisation.

Isabelle, I used to practise Hindu mantra meditation for a long time but not anymore. Jesus is far superior than all enlightened Yogis combined. Do not take anything for truth except Jesus. If Yogi masters claim to have seen or spoken Jesus, do not believe them, it's all lies and deception. Only Jesus rose from the grave, nobody else ever did. If Yogi masters claim to have resurrection, do not believe them, it's lies. Hindu Enlightenment comes from Lucifer.

Also that Yeshuah ("Jesus" is not his name - "Jesus" means "hail Zeus") The so-called "Holy Bible" has been edited, manipulated, with taken from earlier sources. It is the creation of men, with inspired scriptures used for backing a monotheistic religion. God doesn't need worship or praise to build himself up. The fingerprints of man are all over "Christianity" How does the church built by those who crucified Yeshuah see itself as a bastion of truth? Also, their last move will be to claim "Jesus" never existed, was only a myth. Read the hidden gospels, the Nag Hammadi texts. The truth hidden in the bible won't be easily accessed without an understanding of greek and hebrew symbology and metaphor, also numerology. You must read it with a greek and hebrew lexicon or dictionary beside it.

@@Obed_Elroi Ahhh............... just about everything he said and did that bears repeating. You'll never gain an understanding of what the RELIGION OF JESUS was. The "New Testament" is a story of the "christ" figure, not a story of the man Yeshuah. The bible is the most edited, manipulated, plagiarized, misinterpreted, and misunderstood book in existence. Read the hidden gospels, the books actually written by his disciples which were hidden away by the Roman Priesthood, the men who crucified Yeshua ben Joseph. The Roman priesthood is most likely not going to give people anything that will lead to an understanding of their true individual power. They wouldn't have their kingdom and their dominating control if they did. This was the real reason why they murdered Yeshua, not some tale of "blood sacrifice to take away the sins of the world", which is childish and ridiculous on the face of it.

I have found that it is the same God toward whom all are directing their steps, though along different paths. You must try all beliefs and traverse all the different ways once. Wherever I look, I see men quarrelling in the name of religion - Hindus, Mohammedans, Brahmos, Vaishnavas, and the rest. But they never reflect that He who is called Krishna is also called Siva, and bears the name of the Primal Energy, Jesus, and Allah as well - the same Rama with a thousand names. A lake has several Ghats. At one, the Hindus take water in pitchers and call it ' Jal ' ; at another the Mussalmans take water in leather bags and call it ' pani '. At a third the Christians call it ' water '. Can we imagine that it is not ' Jal ' , but only ' pani ' or ' water '? How ridiculous! The substance is One under different names, and everyone is seeking the same substance; only climate, temperament, and name create differences. Let each man follow his own path. If he sincerely and ardently wishes to know God, peace be unto him! He will surely realize Him

That one was today, 2nd May, 2023 where I saw souls waiting for his return . They are really distressed, and hopefully that the gods they believed in can save them.

@@basak.gemma.faustina This will come as a surprise to you from India whose religion predates Christianity by THOUSANDS Of Years: Lord Brahma is The Father God, Lord Vishnu is The Son God, Lord Shiva is The Holy Spirit God! The Triune God by any other name is still as Divine. When Lord Brahma was done creating the world, He went to sleep. When the God of The Bible was done creating the world, He rested. When Brahma awakens, the world will end. When the God of The Bible returns, the world will end. Hinduism made its way to Babylon where it spawned a new religion, Zoroastrianism. The Israelites of the Diaspora were exposed to this religion. Zoroastrianism is almost exactly the same as Christianity! For about 200 years before the birth of Jesus Christ, Buddhism was already practiced widely in Israel. Jesus Christ ( Lord Vishnu ) said that he has "sheep not of this flock." Jesus Christ fed thousands of people miraculously; some highly advanced Yogis, along with their disciples, are miraculously fed by a spirit known by the name of Hazrat. Before Jesus went to Heaven, he said that he will send a "Comforter" i.e. The Holy Spirit. Between 100 A.D. and 200 A.D. Lord Shiva ( The Holy Spirit God ) sent us his earthly Avatar ( incarnation ): Lord Babaji. Your Christianity copied from Hinduism, Zoroastrianism and Buddhism, plus has elements of the Egyptian Temple Cult of Isis and many other elements of Roman Paganism.
Believing in Lord Shiva as the savior of one's soul Is Exactly The Same As Not Blaspheming The Holy Spirit Of God WHICH IS THE ONE UNPARDONABLE SIN SPOKEN OF BY JESUS CHRIST WHO DIED ON THE CROSS FOR THE SINS OF THE WORLD 👉EXCEPT👈 FOR THE ONE UNPARDONABLE SIN OF BLASPHEMY AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT ( LORD SHIVA, the Creator & Destroyer God )!
And, yes, Lord Shiva's Avatar, Babaji, is still very much alive, even to this day! And did appear to me once! Because I had a question about how acceptable my meditation was because of my knee problem. He touched both of my shoulders to straighten my pose. He looks exactly like the one described by Yogananda who was sent to the United States by the Divine Commission of Jesus Christ ( Lord Vishnu ), Himself.
Kriya Yoga 👉IS NOT A RELIGION👈, It Is A Way Of Spiritual Cultivation! Kriya Yoga transcends all religions, which are nothing but human inventions designed to keep us from becoming enlightened. If you study and follow Kriya Yoga, your understanding of Jesus Christ will become deeper and more profound. It is why Yogis believe in the Divine Power and the Divine Authority of Jesus Christ! Yogananda's book, Autobiography Of A Yogi, is a very good introduction to Kriya Yoga.
P.S. And I was privileged to have encountered Lord Shiva, Himself. But it was before I got initiated into Kriya Yoga and I was truly ignorant of who He was back then. I survived that encounter, thank God for that! And I met Goddess Gayatri, whom I was disrespectful to because I also didn't know who she was since it was years before I became initiated into Kriya Yoga. She told me that I had committed 2 violations already and that my spiritual education will resume in the future ( so now I'm careful not to commit another violation because I crave spiritual cultivation & enlightenment ). But these 2 encounters, along with some other encounters of mine with other-worldly entities, are too long and too much to share with anyone else in this post.
And "it is no accident that you are here," as well.

He went back to Middle East and taught love and forgiveness,
The society of Middle East was as ferocious and they had no love and care for fellow beings …
He was later tortured on cross and escaped and lived his last on Kashmir , following kashmiri shaivism ..
The Jesus teachings are good , as Hindus we had millions of saints like Jesus so it’s nothing new for us , BUT Vatican used Jesus as pawn and it’s anti christ.. Vatican captured the teaching of Jesus and used it as its own to influence society and culture and religion, in this way the Satan ruled through modern Christianity, it killed millions of pagans in Europe , if Jesus would be their I don’t think he would kill millions of pagans Europeans to convert by killing..

At one the Hindus take water in pitchers and call it 'jal'; at another the Mussalmans take water in leather bags and call it pani'. At a third the Christians call it 'water'. Can we imagine that it is not 'jal', but only 'pani' or 'water'? How ridiculous! The substance is One under different names, and everyone is seeking the same substance; only climate, temperament, and name create differences. Let each man follow his own path. If he sincerely and ardently wishes to know God, peace be unto him! He will surely realize Him." (Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna)

Israel was under the rule of many rulers- Romans at His time.
Another verse says : I have come to make a son stand against his parents, husband against his wife, brothers against each other... In case a family has 5 members. To make 3 stand against 2 or to make 2 stand against 3. All these clearly show that Jesus were not the same as portrayed in films or as taught to us right from childhood. It's just that Jesus is a cosmic consciousness, present in the depths of the soul of every person on this planet, and this Christian consciousness can be called differently in other religions and discovered through more or less different methods. But in essence, all spiritual paths and religions aim at the triumph of divine goodness, the overcoming of temptations and vices and spiritual perfection! 😇
The testimony of the great yogi Ramakrishna is all the more valuable as he himself set out to verify the authenticity of Christianity and for this purpose, he behaved exactly according to the Christian canons, forcing himself to completely avoid any aspect of his beliefs until then, praying himself to Jesus and the Virgin Mary, and after 3 days of such intense prayer, he discovered the same God, reaching the supreme realization in this way as well (after he had reached it through yoga). Then he did the same with the Islamic religion and achieved the same result, reaching spiritual perfection also in 3 days!! 🎉❤

@@umatveg Jesus when talked, he talked being in universal consciousness as done by other masters like Krishna, Buddha and many. When he said I'm the son of God it means every "I" is son of God and in the image and likens of God. People misinterpreted it as only Jesus is the son of God. And Jesus never said he is God. Similarly all teachings from Jesus has to be understood from the consciousness he spoke from and for this it is important to understand the life he lived, the circumstances the contexts and the account of people who lived with him. All his teachings were redacted and limited to the present form of Bible and omitted many things for which the interpreters did not get complete information. They wanted to avoid questions they could not answer. They wanted to invent a religion which Jesus did not insist and make rules( which Jesus did not envision) which ensure allegiance of people towards the organized religion. One such thing missed is Jesus's references to rebirth and previous births. I would say what Christians follow today is only 40% of his teachings and rest is misinterpretations. You can download the books I mentioned in pdf form in internet. Read it and share your thoughts.

Jesus called them together and said, “You know that the rulers in this world lord it over their people, and officials flaunt their authority over those under them. But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

    Jesus Christ and Lord Krishna
    1) Both are believed to be sons of God since they were divinely conceived
    2) The birth of both Jesus of Nazareth and Krishna of Dwarka and their God-designed missions were foretold
    3) Both were born in unusual places - Christ in a lowly manger and Krishna in a prison cell
    4) Both were divinely saved from death pronouncements
    5) Evil forces pursued both Christ and Krishna in vain
    6) Christ is often depicted as a shepherd; Krishna was a cowherd
    7) Both appeared at a critical time when their respective countries were in a torpid state
    8) Both died of wounds caused by sharp weapons - Christ by nails and Krishna by an arrow
    9) The teachings of both are very similar - both emphasize love and peace
    10) Krishna was often shown as having a dark blue complexion - a color close to that of Christ Consciousness

One thing we all can observe that the majority of Hindus do not have any prejudice towards any other Regligion and thats the beauty of Hinduism. In contrast we can see some rare misguided Christians try to create a rift and make wrong judgements on other Religions. Only People with great sense of Logic, Reasoning power and Rational People have a very broad thinking. Birth is a pure accident and no one can choose birth or death. Only people who realise this logic will have a broad mind. As Swamyi Vivekananda rightly points out that there are only two religions, one is Spiruality and other is Materialism. Another Great Thinker Mahatma Gandhi too concurs with this when he says that True God has no Religion. So in this direction it is so beautiful to see how our Great past Yogis and Spirualist concur on this. Very good presentation and thank you very much.

There’s no use of Yogi babas seeing Jesus if they do not repent and accept him as their only personal saviour.

But they didn't converted themselves into Christianity.

To begin with, these Yogis are non-dualist. They see God everywhere and they wouldnot go anywhere in search of God. They are non-dual masters and never preach or promote Jesus over others. Unfortunately, there are bigots of different backgrounds whose missionary propaganda is to say Jesus is the only god. Now these bigots are taking shelter in these masters to promote their missionary objectives.

Yes, this is true. But truth is truth, even in the mouths of the ignorant. Should we reject Krishna because some see Him as the only full avatar, or reject Devi because they are "Devi only?" The genius of India, and of these yogis, is that they appreciate God in all "flavors." The dharma of India is a banquet, and those who are wise can feast to their heart's content!

And now this statement is much more appropriate but does not really go well with the content of the video. As you quoted Lord Krishna, he says stay where ever you are, and you can realize Brahman. And these Gurus teach the same thing. Again, they never promote Jesus over others.

@@rashmiranjanparida531 Hello friend, The story of how this video came to be might be interesting to you. Our website, OCOY.org, was created primarily to share the dharma of India with those in the West who might be ignorant of these traditions. Also, it is our view that Jesus spent some of his "Lost Years" in India and Tibet, and that his teachings in Israel were the Sanatana Dharma of India.
The day our Original Christianity and Original Yoga website was launched we received an irate communication from one of those Western “Hindus” (a western "convert") that falsely believe they are more truly Hindu if they hate other religions-especially Christianity-and deny that Jesus ever existed.
The blog post that followed, and this video, was a response to show that his narrow and bigoted viewpoint was not in keeping with the broad view of India's great yogis. In other words, he had not adopted Hinduism at all!
