Hi There, I am having trouble with descaling my machine, I have the DeLonghi Nespresso Lattissima however i follow the steps for descaling and when i hit the button the pump activates for like 3secs then stops, Any advice?
Hello J Yoon. For me the simplest models to work on are the Nespresso Citiz. By opening the case you have acces already to all the internals. And the brewing mechanism is only held by 4 Philips screws.
Hello, I own a DeLonghi Lattissima Plus machine, and I've encountered an issue with the milk frother. When I attach the milk frother, I notice that two indicators, specifically the Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato indicators, continue to blink continuously. I'm uncertain about the cause of this problem and how to resolve it. Could you kindly provide some guidance on potential origins and solutions? If there are any instructional TH-cam videos available on this topic, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could direct me to them. Thank you for your assistance. Motti
It is normal for those buttons to activate once the frotter is in place. Are the buttons blinking continuous and never stop? If you pres the cappuccino button does it work? Be careful there is a sensor behind the frotter that detects if you have milk in the canister. Make sure you have milk there otherwise it îl not work.
First, thanks for your prompt response. Yes, the buttons blinking continuously and never stop If I press the cappuccino button it does not work. I do have milk in the container. Any other idea?
Take a white tissue and put it between the frotter and the unit over the sensor. Try and see if this works. Heard stories that Frotter does not work if you use a specific type of milk that has a different shade of white.
@@benassy69 I have the exact same problem in lattisima one, I heard others have the same problem, there is something in the milk system that is not working and finally after 50 second it goes to overheat. I saw the heater steamer and pump systems are similar in lattisima one and touch. I learned how to dissemble thanks to your video but I cannot figure out the problem, I also don't think it is from sensor because of there is a sensor error the milk button would not blink at all. ...
