    The criticism about his shot selection comes from his association with Kobe Bryant. He’s been very open about that. And Kobe has a reputation with many people as a chucker, a one on one guy.

    • @therealdarrell282
      @therealdarrell282 2 ปีที่แล้ว +21

      Kobe did take some bad shots that just went it. Taking a shot over three defenders is not a good shot, but there were times Kobe felt like his teammates were scared to shoot, and Kobe was like I am going to shoot it because everybody else was scared. Regardless, you have to play team basketball in the NBA because you are not going to win by yourself.

      @@todhysteria lol oh damn, I didn't know that. Well I guess all we are waiting on is for them to get rid of Smart. I'm in Houston, born and raised and didn't hear about that one. I like Dennis but he didn't fit with Boston.

    Please get JB on the pod. I have zero indifference toward the Celtics, could care less about the franchise, but Jay T and Jay B are two of my favorites. Not a lot of young players are as good, smooth, chill and humble all at the same time. Jaylen would be a great interview.

    The Celtics are just so fun to watch. Such a great group of guys and the on court chemistry between them is incredible. So nice to see how well D.White is fitting in with Tatum and the two man game. People need to realize it's way more than basketball for these guys. They aren't just transactions, they're human and no one is perfect. This team is still young and everyone should be terrified of just how much talent they truly have in their starters. Thanks for another great interview. Jaylen Brown or Rob Williams next? 👀

    Great interview. Its like the 2 or 3 complete interview from this podcast i have seen, and i enjoyed it. You focus on basketball, and also what a pro basketball athlete going throught behind the curtain. I usually don't watch much of the NBA media because most of them don't enjoy basketball as a sport, but you could feel your love for the game in every interview. That's what the NBA need, not loving or hating players for no reason. They way you talk to the players shows how the players really threat each other like brothers when they are off the court.

    I know jj has the contract for I think 1 day a week at espn, but man he is sooo much better than everyone else there. Need more of him there, because his ability to explain his opinions and knowledge of basketball, personality ,and ability to get get conversations out of his guests is on another level comparably.

    I had a history professor who just made us write essays on the topics we did in class and he would straight up fail your essay once you start saying your own opinions. He always said give me facts not opinions. That’s when I realize how much the world especially in different media is just full of opinions and it’s dangerous because of the consequences it can have.

    i think players should really be lining up to be on this pod cast it can change an opinion you have developed especially if your not a fan of their team. you have an opinion based on interviews or comments a player may have made after a game. this setting gives a fan insight and could change an opinion like mine of tatum. great interview...
