Editing my original post. This video is great. I never knew how much encapsulation was needed to configure igr to egr to vpnv4. Took me a couple days to configure this environment in my gns3 but it works! Thanks again J.P. For those looking for the configurations, below are links to the configuration steps I used (following J.P.'s instructions) as well as my gns3 lab. Sorry for spelling errors. Instructions: drive.google.com/file/d/1tbpn6uUn0IbeI8XWqF_6Lan7S-NkPqky/view Gns3 files (Note: I configured loopback 1-3 as /24 instead of /32): drive.google.com/file/d/1l1Fzo00o_9GGLvneR9H_qSsi8MIqmYW1/view
i have some doubts in this lab, could you please help me ? i am trying to redistribute OSPF E2 routes on R4 to VRF but it doesn't work. my goal is to ping from R6 to R1.
I had the same problem. The version of GNS I am running (2.1.16) allows you to auto configure idle PC for each router. Do so by right clicking each router and selecting "auto idle-PC" while powered on. This will put the router in an idle mode when not being used to save on CPU of your local host. The lab will slow your PC to a halt if you dont.
This is brilliant! This is the best video on MPLS I have watched. I understand it so much better now. Thanks!
Wait until I finish with the entire series ;-)
XtremeIE Awesome!!!

i like how you model your tutorial to the actual R&S lab exam. To all candidates, listen and learn...:)
Awesome! I really enjoyed it and gave me some light on concepts could't get before. Thanks for the great video.
Do we have to configure iBGP on all PE & P routers or its just need to configure on R5 & R4?
Such a great content. Thank you very much.
really nice video......but where is mpls series video
What version IOS can i use with the full capabilities as seen in your video, i have a couple of 2821 i will be trying to use.
I am using the latest VIRL images.
You need SP Services, Enterprise Services, Advanced IP Services or Advanced Enterprise Services IOS for MPLS capabilities.
I used c7200's with PA-GE cards in slot 1 - 3.
It's first time when I've slowed down the video to understand what's happening.... Please, not so fast next time.
please anyone help me, how can i send OSPF routes from R5 to R7.
Hi Feroz. We have the full course on Udemy, which will show you how to configure this topology using OSPF. www.udemy.com/course/xtremeie-mpls/
@@XtremeIETraining once i buy..you will clear my doubts ?
@@ferozsyed2014 We do not offer 1-on-1 training. However the course does walk you through configuring OSPF between the CE PE routers.

what pc do you have ,that can handle all these routers 😮

I use EVE-NG with IOU images most of the time.
Great job.
