    Just an idea, but could you do a video on the best phone mounts to use with various Vespa models? I think that would be really useful. Thanks for the review on the Super Tech!

    Love the GTS Supertech! The Supersport variant was my favorite for a long time but the all-black trim pieces for 2023 are way too much for me. I love how they did those brushed satin trim in the Supertech. Just the right balance between modern and classic. I’d personally pick the blue one! 👌🏼

    My 2 stroke piaggio engine is a champ. Has non of the bs electronics or useless emissions. A couple of color updates I can do myself and aftermarket electronics that are easy to update. New is nice. Ill pick one up from a remorseful buyer.

    Another great video. 66f that's almost 19c that could be a summers day here.
    For navigation I've stopped using Google, it was getting on my nerves, I've now been using Waze, the voice is Arnie, which I find hilarious!
    Get down, there's a hazard ahead!!!

    So hard to decide, especially now that you’ve revealed more colors could arrive by summer. Glad to know the V2 Euro 5 HPE is improved over the 2020 engine.

    I’ve been watching a YT channel “scooteria”. He recommends the LIQUI MOLY oil namely because it has a narrow retractable nozzle for adding oil. It helps you avoid burning yourself on the exhaust. This could be a good idea for your customers.

    I've gotta disagree with you about the navigation system with the turn-by-turn facility on the map. I use mine ALL the time and it's pretty much faultless and an absolute boon to everyday riding around the city and elsewhere. It's clear and easy to follow and completely worth the extra cost.

      Do you have a video on how it works I’ve been looking online for something but I haven’t found anyone do a review specifically for it? Does it show the map on the screen? Let me know I’m torn between the base 2023 gts and the super tech

    Hello the house! First off, thank you for the informative review. I like both this model and the GTV300 but am curiouser and curiouser as to touring on them and believe you have mentioned the new BV400S as being the better touring scoot as well as touring accessories available to both models.
    Any thoughts would be appreciated as I like to ride/drive to Aridzona to visit family and fuel economy/range are very important. I guess I could get some sort of supplemental gas bottle/can. I worry about stability at freeway speeds with the smaller, quicker steering wheels but perhaps that is unfounded.
    I like the looks of the Vespa more but practicality may win the day. I enjoy your videos very much, sir.
    Thanks!

    Robot, it's now 2024. I would like to get a Vespa GTS 300 but which one? I've been watching your videos and I'm still confused. Is the TFT screen really that much better than the beautiful analog needle gauge? Are there bluetooth connectivity problems? If so, it would defeat the "tech" part of this model. Has the GPS feature improved or is your phone navigation still better? I'm also concerned with the durability of the matte paint. Gloss paint is proven. Is the matte finish more prone to scratches? Is the finish durable? Can the matte paint be waxed or treated to protect the finish? I too like the dark blue but I'd want to take off the lime green stickers. I don't know if peeling off the stickers would ruin the paint though. Hmm... not convinced about the Super Tech but I don't know? Your help is appreciated.

    Just got a 2023 supertech! I love it but my fob keeps telling me it’s too far away. And when I use the fob it tells me my key is too far away. When I put them both together, it still comes up. Scooters choice. Anyone have this problem? Or know how to fix?

    So it boils down to a little light under the seat, some styling features and a color- and playful little screen.
    No offence, but to me it's one of those typical minor and totally unimportant "innovations" making use of vanity as a lifestyle and forcing a new model into the market just to lure quite a pile of cash out of your pocket.

      @@E38vip I agree if you're rich and you got spare money to throw away.
      But talking about safety, try to ride this "fun to ride" toy on a wet road then you'll have more fun when your bum is sitting on the asphalt and the toy sustained $2,000 damage.

    • @MatthewBrowne1959
      @MatthewBrowne1959 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Wrong! I ride my Supertech every day and have covered substantial touring distances. It’s stable and steady at all speeds and with ABS & ASR is a safe and reliable machine. It travels at speed on motorways with ease and can keep up with any traffic on the highway. I’ve had a motorbike too ( which I loved) but would pick the Vespa any day of the week for comfort, reliability, safety and practicality. The only time I’d hesitate would be on rough or gravel roads, where bigger wheels will give you better stability and grip. You need to own one and ride it for a while before you come to a balanced opinion.

    • @billadmond9450

      @@MatthewBrowne1959 Vespa is the only "scooter" without a van under the seat so generally speaking people who buy a scooter love the idea of putting their stuff under the seat.
      Vespa is an obsolete project and it carries ancient solutions like the gas tank under the seat, no room under the seat, NO front fork, SMALL wheels and it's bloody expensive.
      By the way, regarding safety you admitted that the wheels are too small and I added that the scooter is highly dangerous on wet roads especially in cities where the pavement often is bad conditions and there are trams's rails.
      "It travels at speed on motorways with ease and can keep up with any traffic on the highway" at what cruiser speed 90-100Km/h??? You must be an fanatic troll if you pretend to convince people that Vespa has a good cruise speed on motorways and fast ways! LOL

    • @MatthewBrowne1959
      @MatthewBrowne1959 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@billadmond9450 I'm not sure what you mean by "Vespa is the only "scooter" without a van under the seat so generally speaking people who buy a scooter love the idea of putting their stuff under the seat". Actually, there's a pretty big space under there for storage and the gas tank is way at the back and out of the way. I certainly didn't say that the wheels were too small for everyday riding....only on rough or gravel roads can it be a problem....and even then it copes very well. And yes, I have been on long trips and cruise at 100km/h with no difficulty at all....nothing at all to do with being a "fanatic troll".....(taken in jest by the way!)

      I don't know if that's true, Vespa has been building scooters for countless years and therefore has a lot of experience in know-how. If Vespa only sold scrap, they certainly wouldn't have been as successful to date.

      @@Antischall Yes, what I said is absolutely true.... The price of the motorcycle itself is unnecessarily expensive.... Every country should take into account the purchasing power of the people who will buy it economically... When selling this motorcycle to another country, the dealer applies an unnecessary price policy...The service is a disgrace. and does not care about customer satisfaction at all.... I am not lying when I say that spare parts, service fees and accessories are unnecessarily expensive. A brand that only rich people can buy in Turkey.... It's very nice to watch you, thank you
