It’s easy to miss a few things you’re in there that could be easy to get through. Relatively small diet changes. I take 2500 µg of B12. It is the nature made B 12 extra strength 2500 µg. I don’t usually mention supplements by name, but I selected this one carefully by using the consumer reports recommended method. They recommend considering supplements with a stamp of approval, such as in this case USP - U.S. Pharmacopeia. It’s on the label. This means an independent lab has tested the supplement to show. It has all of what it says it does and no harmful ingredients. It’s something I will take for years to come so I figured I might as well choose right when I start.
Absolutely there are some trace minerals and other nutrients that anyone can be deficient in so it’s always worth it to check! The vitamin B12 supplement is so important!
I take a lot of supplements, seamoss Burdock root bladder rack, ashwagandha B12 D3 actually vegans have to take a lot of things because if we don’t bad things will happen. I remember not taking certain things and I ended up in the hospital but now I’m healthy. I lost a lot of weight and I’m happy to be Vegan.
I love that you’re listening to your body and feeling healthy! And a lot of those sound like great adaptogens to level up your immune system 🙌🏾 I also take B12 and D3
I just had my labs done after 25 years of being vegan and I have zero deficiencies. The doctor was actually shocked at how good my cholesterol was. He had to do a double take haha
Congrats on 25 years🎉 and it’s so amazing for health! I learned plant based food doesn’t have cholesterol 🙌🏾 and am just like… 🤯 why aren’t more doctors prescribing this??
