During my college days Vincent Van Gogh s biography had touched my heart . His loneliness, his inconsistencies , unstable mind s aberrations , unparalleled creativity everything tore his mind and life in to pieces .Vincent van Gogh s creativity was not much appreciated and rewarded during his time . His Impressionistic paintings became more popular after his death .The effect of lighting in " the potato eaters " is phenomenal.
My life is a lot similar .minus thr painting though. It's depression which began at thr age of 10 still continues at thr age of 37 .almost same when van gouge comiiteed suicide

One of the eminent artist ever seen by the world. He was able to see the different dimensions of life and paint it. My father ,(late) inspired by the Van Gogh. It is right, most of the artist will not get their value when they are alive, but once they are no more, the value goes up, that is the fact. Atleast now people has got online support to propagate or commercialize their works. He was amazing artist, i just love his work and motivation for my art work. Beautiful explanation. Thank you for detailing the life of Vincent Vangogh. I discovered the depth of art in Van Gogh's art when I tried to draw my version of starry nights, and Sawer in the field. Then slowly I got drawn into his sketches and his life. Thanks for detailing his life as beautiful story. The truth is sometimes we have a deep rooted feeling in our mind that " the sadness will last for ever".

Thanks for the story on a legendary painter about whom (and many others) we briefly read in "Non-detail" lessons while at school in IJHS, Tangasseri. Thanks to our curriculam we could know great many things from around the globe very early in life. As a photographer I admire him for the very creative use of light in his painitngs, many of which can still teach us a lesson or two about the fascinating use of light in capturing subjects, be it drawings of any shade or photographs. Thank you for detailing the life of Vincent Vangogh. I discovered the depth of art in Van Gogh's art when I tried to draw my version of starry nights, and Sawer in the field. Then slowly I got drawn into his sketches and his life. Thanks for detailing his life as beautiful story. The truth is sometimes we have a deep rooted feeling in our mind that " the sadness will last for ever".

Thanks for the story on a legendary painter about whom (and many others) we briefly read in "Non-detail" lessons while at school in IJHS, Tangasseri. Thanks to our curriculam we could know great many things from around the globe very early in life. As a photographer I admire him for the very creative use of light in his painitngs, many of which can still teach us a lesson or two about the fascinating use of light in capturing subjects, be it drawings of any shade or photographs. His legacy transcends time. Thanks once again to Babu Garu for bringing to us interesting stories from around the globe.
I would very much expect a story on the iconic Australian, "Ned Kelly" (1854-80), a heroic anti establishment figure who fought corrupt British colonists by standing up for the rights of peasents and land ownership. Ned Kelly, according to the official Australian Government website, 'remains one of Australia's "greatest folk heroes" and "more books and songs have been written about him and his gang than any other group of historical figures'. The trail of turbulent events in Ned Kelly's life, his famous last stand against the law described as the "siege at Glenrowan" and his fugituve life for many years in the harsh Australian outback all make up a story, worthy of being another episode of "Oru Vallatha katha". Obviously the one and only person who can be remotely described as the first and last communist in Australia. Ned Kelly's 'beard style and cut' is still iconic and sported.
