A great watch! Everything is just balanced and right with this time piece. I found myself wearing this for most occasions even though I own many other much more expensive watches. Had plenty of compliments on it already and gives off mysterious and spiritual vibes. Plus it's a unique gshock that not many people have so there's also that...
I agree, although I think it's still "rare" due to it being such a recent release, I do think it will be a very popular model going forward Just saw an older gsteel in the wild today, so this series is definitely not obscure
@@sanshammanchanda4328nope may be you are being used to wear larger G shocks, this is the perfect size to be used as a dress watch with its bling bling 😀
I have this watch in steel, and highly recommend it, it is beautiful and perfectly sized: It is so nice to get a G-steel that isn't huge! BUT!!! If you are thinking of buying, please get the metal strap and not the resin strap. The resin strap is far too small, even to the point where I thought it could come off and I could lose the watch! I bought the steel strap later, and the watch is now perfect, and also looks much better. It will likely cost a bit more for the steel strap but is definitely worth it.
Yep all black out version would be fabulous really. I preferred the purple one cause I usually liked the dark blue dials and this is a lot more close up to a dark blue dial and I thought it would look refreshingly different from other models. Now you mention it, I am hoping an all black out to be released too.
I can't stop wearing this watch ever since I got it. Also have to mention this is the best looking resin band on a gshock imo Regarding the band popping out, it's weird you're having that issue, I have the same size wrist with the same adjustment on the band as you and I've never had that issue so far, I even play around with the strap holder, put it far up, and a bit down. Neither times it slipped. And it's hot and humid all day where I live, where I will be sweating alot throughout the day Also bezel replacements including the black bezel can be bought from pac parts (albeit pricey). I don't mind the Stainless steel bezel, I just like the overall look of that more, nicely balanced Still excited for the dissaembly/teardown of this one! As a traditional watch guy, this size is right on for you wrist size tbh. I am not used to the normal behemoth looking gshocks, to me they look very disproportionate and frankly a tad comical
I also have the issue with the strap. The Problem is perfect size for me is between 2 holes and when I reduce the number of holes, it is a bit tight and makes impressions of strap patterns on my wrist. When I increase the holes the band a little bit pops out not in the way of OP showed in the video. It didn't slip out though And I prefer the band to be perfect. Some people used to wear a bit loose but I used to wear a bit tight. Second, I do agree about the watch size, I bought this for the intention of using it like a dress watch and I am happy with the looks of it. The perfect size for a dress watch
When you say "it looks feminine" 😂 do you give time.to think that you look "masculine" or masculine oriented?! 😂😮 naaah... you missed the G-shock essential qualities... the essence dog
Hard disagree, this is how a traditional properly fitted watch looks like. Not lug overhang Ben 10 omnitrix looking behemoth dinner plates on the wrist. For most women this will still slightly have end link overhang, so not a proper fit. Lug to lug should always be several mm's smaller than the total flat width of the wrist, with the strap or bracelet have the end link and first link properly draping without overhang. Anything that overhangs look ugly, tacky and comical imo I understand why the usual gshock enthusiasts will feel this way tho since gshocks are traditionally oversized. So anything that's proper will feel "too small" since you're not used to it (yet)
@@NYGuy2000I really don't think so, I think it's very very smart for casio to move towards smaller offerings that's not watered down. There are so many like me that really dislike the behemoth sizing of previous gshock but wanted a gshock all this while. I guarantee you this would end up being a huge suceess
@@Crazy09starkillorI couldn't agree more. I think they are aiming for a dress watch look alike category and I also bought it for that exact purpose. It is a perfect for dress watch with much more practical functionality. Checked all boxes except for the snooze alarm 😢

Same! It’s fantastic.
where did u buy the steel strap?
I miss that it can't display day & date.
What wrist size do you have?
この時計を買って本当に良かった。何十年も大切にしたい。
I think the scratches in the stainless complement the watch

a question; is it possible to see the battery reserve on the watch without using the phone application? Thanks if you answer me 😊
Yes it is
does this come with the metal bracelet?
I have that wonderful watch
Whats the lug to lug?
I don't understand. In our local market, this purple one is more expensive than the silver bezel with resin band version.
Holding off for an all black

It's a beaut, but I can't get over that negative digital display.

Looks small...

It is beautiful but it is in women's size.

@@Crazy09starkillor I am talking about the GST-B enthusiasts. After secretly pulling the fantastic 300, presenting the 600 in this size is an offense.
