Thank you, Chef! I haven't watched this fabulous cooking channel for a long time. I have been wanting to make this sauce. Can I make it a day in advance? Can I use this sauce for everything? Yayyy! 20K subs! This channel should get more viewers - it is the best cooking show!
I have exactly the same pestle and mortar. The best hainan chicken I had in Bangkok is pratunum chicken rice. We don’t have the same chicken species in America so it’s so hard to get the same quality of chicken rice. Thank you for the sauce recipe.
Thank you for sharing this delish recipe!!! Sadly coriander root is extremely had to find, even in well stocked Asian grocery. Can we just use extra coriander stems? I might have to think about growing my own coriander 🤷🏼♀️
I use the bottom part of stems. I try to get the bunch with big stems. It works. I usually don’t put the stems in until I use the sauce so the sauce can be kept a little longer in the fridge
wow thats some yummy dipping sauce~! thanks friend.
