    A NU5 with constant red would be awesome!

    Perfect video. Answered all of my questions. And nightcore headlamps rock. I’ve had the same one and used it every time I needed a headlamp for roughly 4 years! She’s beat up for sure and I run an elastic around the headband to make it fit. However she’s still running. So I can attest to Nightcores durability and longevity.
    Definitely gonna pick up a few of the lamps mentioned in the video.
    Thanks for the great content!

    Hi. I am looking for a powerful deep red led flashlight with a wide throw like the FenixTK25 - Red version. Which one do you recommend?

    I was wondering if you can answer my question. I have the nu32 but was interested in the nu17. Does the nu17 have the ability to turn the red AND white light on at the same time? Thank you.

  • @winterwillow77
    @winterwillow77 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    The big problem with the NU17 is the short run time under red light. Only 3 hrs. The NU32 gets 38 hrs!!
    Too bad there is not a model with bright red light and long run times.

    i'm looking for some alternative (to Stella lights) led lights for photography.
    why are no CRI ratings provided in the specs for nitecore ?

    • @NitecoreSG
      @NitecoreSG  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      only a few lights are CRI spec, NU17, NU35, but mostly close range flood. There's no long range CRI light at the moment. Maybe the older TM03 CRI but that's hard to find now

    i'm looking for a good flashlight that helps me watch throw the water near the shore very clearly and have a wide area, also the I would love if the battery could last a few hours max, a litilbit water broof I suppose, please let me know if there is a flashlight like this because I have been buying these crapy flashlight from aliaxspres and they can't last for a month and the battery is really bad also bad quality.

      Something like the P20iX or P10iX would work well - www.nitecorelights.com/collections/best-selling-lights/products/p20ix-4000-lumens

    Just remember that any red light over 1 lumen will ruin your scotopic vision for astronomy

      @@NitecoreSG I’ve used the storm model for over 8 years now. The old gen and new. The features that they offer and the customer support is the beast I’ve ever had. Had to use customer support when the battery exploded in the light had a brand new light shipped to me in 2 days and kept the old one for spare parts. I am 70 years old and have been camping with headlamps for 50 years. The absolute worst headlamp I have ever had the misfortune to purchase was a really expensive "Black Diamond Icon". Due to that miserable experience, I swore off any "Black Diamond" light for my remaining decreasing lifetime. I now use a three-for-$15 headlamp sold by Costco.

    Between the out of focus filming, the front on glare when pointing the headlamp at the camera, the lack of text description, etc I couldn't tell which cameras are you talking about.
