I love the blend of the garden with the timber from the ground all over the rooftop! I love the connection between earth & city vibes. Feels like your on the forest in the middle of the city. Thank you Local Project
The Moreton Bay fig-inspired sinuous supports that become the pergola are quite lovely, and the pool and gardens below really special. It is clear that huge amounts of thought went into the design. Thank you for talking us through this.
The external timber ribbons were amazing. The common areas (pool, etc.) were some of the best I've ever seen for a building like this. Great shot of Brissie too!
If I was going to live in a city high-rise (Although, I couldn't and wouldn't because I love 'real' nature and being in the middle of no-where way too much) this would be the building. Very thoughtful and well done!
An absolutely stunning design that uplifts BrisVegas into world class living ( I know there are already great ammenities there, especially the art gallery). If only I had that kind of finances to enjoy the top floor, the maintenance fees alone would break me, but kudos to those who have the means.
I loved the architecture of the building - the curvy lines, the use of timber, the incredible garden and pool on the roof and the views. I want to live there! Interiors were not particularly interesting but pleasing to the eye. I get why - they want to sell the penthouse and you do that to appealing to the largest possible audience. Warm wood and marble are always crowd pleasers! Very well done!
I respect countries who pay tribute to those who inhabited the land before them. Nevertheless, I hope they are taking more substantial actions rather than just "acknowledging." Through the Local Project, I have realized that Australians are home to some of the best architects and designers. Kudos to Local Project, I look forward to your weekly segments.
Genuinely, I still don't understand how acknowledging who lived in this land can have a positive impact, maybe giving the descendants of this people a unit in this building. BTW love the everything about the building.
I find it quite amusing this ‘acknowledging’ is said through out Australia. I think it’s bs. Saying this does jack sh*t for the horrific treatment to one of the oldest tribes on the planet. But on another note, this building is beautiful. Well designed.
While this looks very beautiful now, give it a few years and the costs to upkeep the exterior timber etc will be phenomenal, the strata fees will go through the roof.

I’m so early that one guy who makes a negative comment about the most minuscule thing is not even here yet.
😂😂😂
🤣🤣
trust me that one guy will never come, this building is just perfection
@@lecn there’s like 3 already.

Contextual and beautiful on the exterior. Calming and neutral on the interior. And then the Wellness Retreat. Wow, inspirational!
When I was in Brisbane last year, I saw this building and wondered what it was. I now know it's an amazing place to live. Great job.
Stunning building. The exterior and interior are well thought out and unique.

Aria and Koichi Takada 👏
Brilliant!

Insanely well thought out and well executed work of art.
The Nature. Incredible!
Very cool building and great interior space!
this is beautiful- I want this in my own space- I need more calmness in my life
This is stunning! I would have liked to see more about the penthouse's outside areas and how they connect.

OMG that is stunning I am so in love with this!!
That perforated facade was stunning when they showed it from the inside
Just amazing

Just stunning 🧡
wow , architecture , view , never been in a penthouse
Beautiful finishes
This is like living in a piece of art, and with a spa! Let’s hope this concept is available for more than the ultra wealthy someday
They have rental apartments (not the penthouse obviously) which is reasonable if you’re working full time
I love it.
Nice Bang & Olufsen System

highclass
A superb building for the 1%.
They actually have rental apartments - if you buy a penthouse sure maybe the 1% but if you rent on a lower floor it’s attainable if you work full time
The building and shapes are quite novel. The mega beige penthouse theme is not.
Just saw the prices 😵 but nice architecture tho!
Let us download the video to see later thanks

Pool ❤

This looks like a modern flat for elves in the 21st century.
“URBAN WELLNESS”??? 😂
The ceiling is low, and all rooms are too small. Such a huge investment, such a huge and beautifully designed building, for such small apartments...
great, but it feels like it's losing something.
a bit pretencious
If that’s the way you see it. Your comment could also been seen as being the same.
Too pretencious
What a bad project, so bad interiores and all the façades are so hugly and the top apartment what i like is the vegetations. Poor Brisbane city
It seems a building for old ladies the top and that canopy is horrible
It's shockingly bland on the inside. It looks washed out and robbed of life, just like that tribe they "acknowledged".
So lame
Golly that looks swell!
Outstanding work
