I think this song and these times in the days of Floyd's prime are haunting. It's a little freaky to listen to, or watch old music and movies knowing a lot of these people are gone. I am a musician myself and I really like how you picked up your bass. I've seen others pick one up but kind of fake their way through it. Most reactors I've realized are much younger. I've been listening to their reactions for so long that it's refreshing to hear an experienced Pink Floyd listener. You made an old man very happy with your appreciation for the classics. I will be listening out for you and hope your channel grows. You have a new friend and sub!
This is my #1 favorite Gilmour solo. It’s not the craziest technical wise, but that fuzz tone with the heavy delay, the vibrato, the emotion, and phrasing just does it for me. It never gets old, I’ve listened to and played this song 10,000 times and I love it as much as I did the first time I heard it. IMO this is a top 3 song of the Floyd. Lyrics, music, it’s perfect.
I recommend making a reaction to one of the best vocalists in the world. Meet Diana Ankudinova! Diana has the title - Queen of Goosebumps. Challenge yourself, can you resist the charm of her voice? Comments under the video: "What perfection, it's out of this world, not even to explain how extraordinary her voice is." "It is definitely the most beautiful voice in the world❤" 1) super unique voice (dramatic contralto with rich polyphonic overtones); 2) the most complex vocal techniques, a bewitching voice; 3) Diana sings in 6 languages : English, French, Russian, German, Spanish, Arabic and any musical genre; 4) incredible charisma, artistry and living of any song; 5) a vocal range of 4 octaves; 6) a large army of fans around the world; 7) an independent artist, without producers and labels, only with the support of fans and reactors like you; 8) more than 21 thousand reactions (all collected in my playlists). The incredible fate of a girl found with a broken collarbone at a bus stop and ended up in an orphanage.

Funny you mentioned hearing the heart beat after many many listens...I noticed it early on, probably 4th or 5th listen 30+ years agov (I may...may have been in a slightly altered state at the time :) ). But I know I've missed A LOT of stuff in so many other songs....Great band, saying nothing new. Keep on!!!
nice work !!!... recommend Dirty Loops ..its all good but the vocals on next to you shine ... the bass player is nuts ... not as nuts as vincen or Mr pastorious but still super villain volcano base nutz... and you get a sub for your effort! ...maybe they could issue fridge stickers ...
I'll never get tired of this song. It's great to hear your thoughts on classics like this. Would be good to see you review more from DSoTM.
TIME: One of the greatest songs, by one of the greatest bands, from one of the greatest albums of all... TIME!
