Actually, Silver Wolf wears sneakers. They are currently the only shoes that sound the way they do when she walks, jogs, or runs in them across multiple surfaces. They'll actually squeak like sneakers when she runs around in Herta's Space Station because of the shined floors around it. She really is a bundle of special stuff about her.
All character light cones have animations, they just weren't uploaded to the forums outside of China.

Every character has different voicelines in 2X speed. They are either different versions of the line or the line rerecorded but said faster by the voice actor.
example Gepard ult:
1x: Years of cold hardens the will, We shall never fall!
2x: A will forged in Ice, Never Falters!
Yes, every character have different voice line but in Silver Wolf case
1x : hmph! At this speed? Too slow
2x : this is double speed?

I'm saying that's the uniqueness Silver Wolf voice line, breaking the 4th wall in different speed
All characters have different or modified voicelines at different speeds, not just Silver Wolf. That way double speed doesn't ruin the pace of their dialogue.
But most of them are just the same voice line adapted/shortened, silver wolf's voiceline is entirely different

I think what they're pointing out is how silver wolf breaks the 4th wall in her 2x speed ult cuz she's aware that it's in 2x speed

So, since there are two Bronya expys existing at the same time in HSR-verse, are there chances of having another expys of other HI3 characters. Also since Welt is stated to have crossed universes from HI3 to HSR, there should be another Welt that exists in HSR-verse, right?

Welt seems to be the only one that's actually from HI3. The other characters are HSR versions of their HI3 selves. That said I wouldn't be surprised if other characters from HI3 appear in an "HSR form". Me and my friends are already wondering when a form of Mei and Kiana make an appearance.

A bit late on this, but on 0.25
Silver Wolf's Glasses isn't necessarily "transparent" on the other side; this seems to be more likely due to the fact that its a single sided mesh, and the developers forgot to turn on "double sided" on their material settings, since single sided meshes only has normals facing one end, while the other side is effectively a pitch dark void, I'm pretty sure its a material error on Hoyoverse's end.
They actually use single sided meshes a lot on things like straps/etc to save on polycount, and in most cases those have double sided settings turned on, so thats why its highly likely that S.Wolf's glasses is an error

Sad i didnt do in time the event where you get the 4* silver wolf's light cone :C i was too lazy and i said to me, "tomorrow i'll do it", and my tomorrow i think it was the day after tomorrow, so the event ended and i was like, what? i checked the time that was left and had time to do it, what happened? At least i have her 5* light cone but its not the same, i want both as a collector of temporary things, FOMO is bad i tell you.
Thats why i love her, i dont like hills, i like shoes, and feet, my fav shoe is called Converse, specially the ones that covers the ankles (a little bit higher than a normal shoe), that explain that i also like boots (without hills or if so, with a small and wide hill, not like those that looks like a stick) and the shoes must have the shoe toe wide, not short, not only because you will hurt your feet and i dont like seeing feet being treated bad :C
