I was so stoked when I got this issue my 12th birthday, you can see the glee in my face in whatever pic was taken of me and my spoils, and I had that Ripclaw spread poster on my wall around that time as well! ⚡️🔥⚡️
One thing I liked about Cyberforce was the overall color aesthetic.. I do recall a letter in one issue calling out Cyblade/Psylocke comparison lol.. kind of the downside of Image was the retread characters in many cases, but in their defense there's pretty standard tropes all comic characters lean into
Marc Silverstein has always been amazing. I grew up on his wolverine run with Hama. But man the coloring by the colorist on this issue of cyber force did an ama big job with the coloring. It aged well compared to others!
I remember being so excited about this when I was a young teen for whatever reason I even badgered my parents to get the trade, but then when I actually read it didn't connect with me at all lol. Wildcats was the much more exciting X-men ripoff.
I'd love to see you guys cover that issue of Wolverine (#50, I think) with the die-cut claw marks cover that Silvestri did. I can still picture that image of Logan busting into the helicarrier on a harley.
I was big into Image back in the day (late elementary school, middle school) and you're actually half right. Every team had a Wolverine, but every team also had a Hulk. To this day, I still sometimes get Warblade and Ripclaw's names mixed up. I mean, they're both Wolverine 🤣 I look at Cyber Force and immediately think "call it what it really is...Cyber Force? more like Cyber X-Force" of the obvious X-men ripoff team books, this was always my second favorite, right behind WildC.A.T.s they were both miles above Youngblood even as a kid, I knew Liefeld was trash, especially after he accidentally exposed himself in that Levi's commercial 😒
Got my 11-year old niece Street Angel: Deadliest Girl for b-day & she's loving it so far! She loves to draw so I'm hoping it inspires her to continue making art. Yawlz tha best! Keep em comin fellas
11:15, exactly how I bought comics as a kid. I felt that part in my soul.
The blue character is called "Mother May I" she's the top cheese of Cyberdata
I'd love to see more Silvestri from you guys, one of my favorite members of the Image Founding Fathers
Ed, Jim, Please Shoot interview Mark Silvestri.
Marc Silvestri Shoot Interview, yo!
lol this was dope. Silvestri's artwork is excellent and Cyberforce was actually pretty good. Definitely try and do more of Silverstri and Cyberforce
I didn't really appreciate how good Silvestri was as an artist until the Image era. The coloring options changed that.
Silvestri is a MONSTER!!! He is the artist Jim Lee wants to be!!!

You guys need to cover Silvestri more! How about Cover the great Wildcats/Cyberforce crossover Killer Instinct? That was dope!!
I still have my autographed copy of this issue from the signing at Golden Apple Comics. Good times.
YEAHHH CYBER FORCE!!!! COOL! Thanks guy!!! Now time for a shoot with Mr Silvestri... Too cool.
This looks great! I didn't read it back in the day, but man, it's sharp! "The Darkness" was my intro to Silvestri.
Been waiting for this one for a long time! Silvestri is my favorite artist of all time, is style is so dynamic!
This was my jam back in the day. Loved me some ripclaw.
Yee-awl need to cover Jim Lee's DEATHBLOW issues 1-3. That would be fun!
I remember being so excited about this when I was a young teen for whatever reason I even badgered my parents to get the trade, but then when I actually read it didn't connect with me at all lol. Wildcats was the much more exciting X-men ripoff.
I've read technically "better" comics than Silvestri and Hama's Wolverine run, but I've never had more fun reading comics

Cartoonist Kayfabe, bruh you guys are the GOATS!! One of the greatest things to happen to comics easily.
When I read these comics, I didn’t actually read them, I just created whole fantasies while looking at the images from Image Comics.

Marc Silvestri always has the best physiques!
First time I saw Ripclaw I thought "how does this guy wipe his ass?"

I always thought of impact as a big Venice beach weight lifter or like a discount Brett Hart.
I went to college with william the refrigerator Perry. he was in my same year. He was hella large. you looked like a child when you were next to him.
Wet works
Networks was rad. Dog Soldiers with gold symbol yes
I had the original printed 4 issues 💯
