    Ordered the kit based on the original video on your website, followed what you did to measure using google maps, everything showed up today, I got right into it and finished the house, unbelievable how easy this was and now my house looks like a professional installer came and set it all up, so happy I found your TH-cam channel, saved me $1200 off of a quote from an installer and I actually own the lights instead of just renting them, thanks again, good luck with this business, hope you continue to make more videos

    Watched the video and used google to measure the roof (this was surprisingly accurate). Delivery was around 4 days to WA state. Installed them today and it took me about 2 and a half hours to install 240ish feet of lights with a few frosty areas of roof to make things "interesting" . I imagine next year i can get that time down since its all cut to size now. The lights look amazing and most importantly the wife is happy now haha. Thanks for the video.

    Do you have a video about doing the lights in the trees like you did on the house

    Are you able to explain the look of the warm white and the cool white?

    • @lawnandlight
      @lawnandlight  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Warm white is yellowish - like what you would think of when you think of Christmas lights. Cool white is more white. Best to do a Google search to see it.

    Can you cut a 3 green wire line of lights and connect it to a female/male end plug?

    • @lawnandlight
      @lawnandlight  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No not really. It’s possible but we don’t recommend it unless you understand electricity.

    Did you use SPT-1 or SPT-2 wire when filming these films?

    What about shingle damage?

      Good question. Do we have any roofers out there that can attest?

    What tips do you have for installing lights on a metal roof? I don't see magnetic clips on your website.

    Are bulbs interchangeable? Like buy what I need initially, and then just purchase different bulbs?

    • @lawnandlight
      @lawnandlight  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes you can change them out. Do you want to change colors out for different holidays?

    • @TheJbusy

      That’s the idea. I’m so tired of theses store bought light that you can never get perfect. Figured after watching your videos I wouldn’t dread putting them up more often.

    You didn't have a close-up on how to attach the lights to the roof.
