Hello mate, I have couple grav lift tips that i haven't heard anywhere else. 1) grav will affect the trajectory of all grenades, this can be used to "boost" your own nades in a harder to predict path while also using extra time on the fuse causing it to explode before the enemy can react. 2) you can grav lift boost your blackhole, this takes a bit of practice, but you will eventually be able to aim it and deny good ult placements for other horizons. I'm sure there are some other grav lift+ legend ability interactions out there, so keep looking people :)
I've only just got back to Apex after not playing since is it first released, and there's so much to catch up on, so these tips are really useful since Horizon is one of the few 'new' Legends I've already unlocked. Just won a match with her this morning but I wasn't using any of her abilities that creatively so I'm definitely going to try some of these out!
Thanks for the video and all the creative ways to use her lift and black hole. I didn’t even think of blocking doors with the lift or forcing people out of cover by throwing the lift on them.
I was just in a game, my tm8 died and the other guys tm8 was dead so a 1v1 at the very end. I used this tactic and it caused me to win the game! Definitely a great tip
One thing I do alot that isn’t mentioned much is when an enemy takes your lift that isn’t horizon they will get stunned/slowed when they land, use that half second stun to get a good burst of dmg in to get ahead in the fight
I play both inputs. There are advantages and disadvantages to both. It depends on your skill level. I'd say at the highest level horizon is better on controller but it is close
Firing certain weapons while using Horizons Q can also affect the bullet spread, making it harder to hit shots. Imo, shotguns are the best to use while in the lift 😊

her q only lasts 1.5 seconds at the top vs the 3 when this was made
