Technically, all my answers are correct. Sadly, writing birth place instead of birthplace and ice breaker instead of icebreaker led me to receiving 28/30.
21/30 sir, but in the test 8 I only scored 15/30. It will be a toss up on the exam which is in less than two months between passing or failing it. I'm not regular at all.
@@VietFCE I don't know. I think that it depends on the topic each part of the test is about. For example, in advance before starting to hear the speakers in part 4, I can tell you that this part of the test 9 seems more feasible to me than part 8 which was about a subject completely unknown to me.
24/30 ^^ I'm good at listening, it's the writing part that gets me... Btw, would mispelling count as a fail ? I spelled "ice-breaker" instead of "icebreaker". Thanks a lot for the audio practice!!
@@VietFCE Thanks for all of this, I hope to pass in May, although the exam that I have to take is easier than these exercises is a very good training to be more prepared
27/30 Note to self, Mistakes: 6-C, 11-blank (didn't pay attention to the seabird incident), 19-B (couldn't identify the word 'globetrotter' now I learned the meaning)
Is "sea bird" instad of "seabird" or "birth place" instead of "birthplace" acceptable? All about pure spacing... Would I get a point for each of them in that case? :)
Keep practicing. The more we practice, the better we do. Hear are some tips for part 4: + Read and listen to the instructions + Use the time given to read the text and try to predict the sort of information you are going to hear. + Focus on a detail understanding of the meaning of the text. + Try to choose the best option for each question during the first listening and check again during the second listening. + Try to practice and listen to as much English as you can. Listening to English podcasts, radio programmes, watching films …The more you listen, the more you will hear. + Put a dot beside the answer you think is correct when you listen for the first time. Then make your final choice on the second listening.
Part 3/18th I do not understand why the answer is C. The scrip told that " sense of freedom", but the answer" sense of belonging". Can you explain this?
27/30 although last task, 1st speaker goes last sentence like that "what goes on in your head that really counts" it's really confusing and it might make you think that C answer i the right one. Once again very sketchy
Even in my mother tongue, I´m not able to guess 18) even though I fully understand every single word of the conversation :(. I wonder who´s the evil mind who makes this tricky/treacherous with the only purpose to make you FAIL :D

Hola
21/30 this is the first time that I have more than 20 correct answers :D
Technically, all my answers are correct. Sadly, writing birth place instead of birthplace and ice breaker instead of icebreaker led me to receiving 28/30.
Really excellent score! Keep it up.
21/30 sir, but in the test 8 I only scored 15/30. It will be a toss up on the exam which is in less than two months between passing or failing it. I'm not regular at all.
Is this because test 8 is more difficult than this test?

@@santiagocastro7498 I see, in that case, keep practicing. The more we practice, the better we do.
Me too. 21/30, but in the last test 15/30. I think it depends on the topic. But I struggle with the part 4 of the test and I don't know why...

Do you think that because each test has different level of difficulty? May be some tests are easier or more difficult than others?

28/30 is an excellent score. Keep it up.

16/30 , how many points are enough?
In the real exam, we'll achieve C1 level (for the listening part) when we get at least 18/30.
