- I’ve been experimenting in my kitchen with grape hyacinths and using them for lozenges! I'm happy with the final results. What wild edibles do you use and how?

I discovered stinging nettle in my yard. Studied it out and learn how to make a salve with it along with using it in teas for inflammation.
I just found these in my yard and I’m so excited to try and make these!!!! I’ve heard they are good for sleep and bad dreams and I need help with both of those ❤️
Just make sure the yard isn’t treated. That way you can safely use them 😊. Praying for your sleep and peaceful dreams.
