Good vid. If the Estrellas are too spicy the Doscincos are another great choice under $300. I have both and they have taken over my ears out of many iems.
Man, you really stepped up the quality of your reviews, always liked them, but now you are pro level. Amazing work, and very relevant comparison, thank you!
Aful once again are playing it really safe with the tuning. P8 is a flat graph, P5 has slight bass boost and P7 graphs real close to P5. I hope the extra drivers can make up for it.
I can say the tuning is safe and I think it is working for them as well. The extra drivers definitely work in the favor of P7 it sounds better resolving than the P5.
Hey Pulkit, I have 1 Custom Junior ( 1 DD + 2 BA) and Kinera Celest Phoenixcall (1 DD + 2 BA + 2 Micro Planar), Will Aful P 5+2 be a nice addition or simply redundant? Very good comparison by the way.
Thanks bro!! I had a chance to listen to the 1Custom Jr. long time ago so I can't comment on that one, but definitely an upgrade over the Celest Phoenixcall(different tuning though). Expect better tonality and resolution.
@@gadgetgenerationspulkit Thanks a lot man. Just one question - I just got Ibasso DX180 and planning to buy Aful 5+2, should I go for 4.4 mm balanced or 3.5 mm single ended?. Thanks in advance.
P7 is a better and upgraded variant to the P5 with better bass and better tone. Bass specifically sounds faster to me. Hype 4 hmmm I have to listen to it and A/B together. Will see if any of my friends own it.
My favorite IEM is Simgot EA1000, I like its tuning, technicality, detail, sharp treble. So what IEM will you recommend me? I want to upgrade to 300$ IEMS. Thanks!
@@gadgetgenerationspulkit Yes, I totally love it. It's the most expensive IEM I have ever bought and I'm surprised of its detail. But I still want to "update my ear". LOL
I would say hmmmm it's a difficult question haha. Midrange on p5+2 has more body compared to pilgrim, more mid bass as well. Pilgrim on the other hand has more extensions.
Thanks for the insightful comparisons! 😃👍🎶🎵 One suggestion: I would turn down the background music a little, so it is easier for us to hear you clearly. Best Wishes! Look forward to your next reviews!
Thanks for sharing such valuable information! I have a quick question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Entirely different signature with the Project M bro. Project M has crispier treble, slightly more forwarded than the P7, a bit more revealing as well. P7 has richer/denser notes, and slight more warmth. no experience with B3 bro so can't comment on that.
@@gadgetgenerationspulkitis the Dita project m worth it if it cost around 271$(roughly the same with ziigaat estrella) and the aful performer 8 costing around 291$?
I would say dusk has slightly leaner notes, p5+2 sounds fuller in comparison. Also treble on dusk would be a bit more open compared to p5+2. My personal taste would ask me to go for P5+2 again and again.
DaVinci would be an end game if it had more balanced bass and a bit better fit.Timmy made a mistake there in my opinion.Aful in the other hand should make a meta tuning they have a lot similar mid recessed ones
Well davinci is also one of my favorites as well haha. It just works, you know I have such a relationship with Penon Voltage as well, it feels it could be improved but when I listen to it I am always lost in its sound.
@@gadgetgenerationspulkit Nice let's see.If I was manufacture I would try to make the best meta tuned iem and surpasse the small weaknesses of mega5est especially in the base.E new Mega5 EST with better technicallities, better controlled bass and same smooth mids and tremble would sell very well I wonder why they don t get it yet same applies to the Oracle MK1.If it's very good why change it a lot and not fix it? da vinci low frequencies are to the detriment of its overall frequency resoinse. As a Producer/Engineer and Reviewer of Techno/Electronica, the uncontrolled bloat and boom adversely redacts the attackm tactility, velocity of Korg and Roland drum machines and triple drop kick droms. The residual bleed impacts the natural timbre and clarity of male vocalists and instruments residing in the midrange. the p5.2 ia a narket disrupter in the sub $300 region.

I will try that one bro, thank you for the suggestion.
Would you compare both of them that will be great if possible from top to bottom
Also if you could elaborate on the driver flex issues?
@@Oun104I haven’t had any driver flex on Doscincos or Estrellas. I’ve only experienced that on an Empire Ears iem

Great comparisons. AFUL Explorer is one my favorites and the P5+2 seems like it would be a good leap.
I also like the explorer. It is a very safely tuned IEM for the price, and sound quite musical.
Great video, thanks!
Thanks mate!!
Great review. Are you familiar with the Ikko OH10S? And, if so how do they stack up compared to these 3

Would you recommend this 5+2 or dusk+dsp(default) for kpop/jpop (essentially iem for female vocals)?
For kpop i would say dusk and estrella are better, they have more prominent vocals imo. As a complete package I prefer the P5+2
Ho do the Xenns Mangrid Tea Pro compate to the P7? I'm playing with the thought of sending the Tea's back in favor of the P7.
I will ask a friend who owns Tea Pro if he could share with me so that I can compare. I have not heard any of the Tea model sorry.

Definitely bro.

With P8 being at 360 or so, P7 is most likely landing inbetween P5 and P8 at 2XX.
