Thank you for doing this for us :) You were an amazing partner to work with! I think I had tears in my eyes when I watched the final thoughts of Oak for the first (and second) time :)
Ach well, Vasel’s law will kick in. Every good game gets reprinted as I assume that the developers will get their game back in order for them to sell it to another publisher. And if it doesn’t get reprinted it wasn’t good after all.
i do agree with the first point... for instance it's been a few years since tasty minstrel games sadly closed down, and now you're starting to see some of their greats getting reprints (gold west & yokohama). oh and someone else picked up zhanguo now that whats your game is gone. So given enough time, games do come back around. But i STRONGLY disagree with the 2nd point. so many fantastic games have come and gone that will never see the light of day. glory to rome, hawaii, tournay, merkator, pergamon, olympos, milestones... i could keep listing more, but you get the idea, and i can't complain too much because i've still got them! i'm so lucky i got into boardgaming when i did! :)
@Rahdo, thank you. Yes, fire sale is there to avoid loss to bank. But Us (42 private investors), who make GameBrewer happen DAY1 have lost our stake. WE investors also paid for GB games keep our business healthy. Corvid insane shipping increase with 3 games stranded in China was first nail in coffin, from which we never really recovered. So plz get our games to we can end on a net-Zer0 and keep our pride circulated in the real world instead of a bank reclaim and move to landfill.

Thanks for showing Algae Inc. to your community!! 🙂 Glad you like it and you compared it to Lacerda-Games ;) Julia & Chris
Very nice of you to support gamebrewer!
So is this going to be going to retail? Or from their website only?
that i do not know. i'll ask :)
I think that won't happen anymore. Best deal is to order directly from their website (25% discount)
response was: "Some retailers preordered Algae Inc (both in the US and Europe). But most copies will only be available through direct sale." :)
@@rahdo Makes sense.
The industry cannot keep up with the passion of Rahdo. It is not economically sustainable. Too much love, too small pool of funds and time.
Hippocrates Agora is still in stock in Belgium in my FLGS. @Rahdo Need one ?
that's super generous of you to offer, but i'm going to avoid international shipping and see if i can find one over here :)
