i already made a second space years ago and wanted to log back into it but i forgot my password. is there a way i can change it? implying obviously that the second space feature is missing from my special features tab
You could try to open your Second Space and when it asks you for the password, you can see the "Forgot Password" option. There you can click continue and enter your Mi account info. After that, you can set up a new password.

Hi great video and easy to follow. Can you also show how to remove the second space if you do not want it anymore. As it is not in the stock MIUI of the phone it does not appear in the Special Features to remove it. Thank you sir.

on the other hand , how can i disable incoming notifications from second space ? i have the redmi 10C & followed all steps exactly as you showed ... however , i cannot disable notifications unless i go into second space & individually toggle off notifs for all apps .. please help !!
I don't think there's a way to toggle off all your notifications in a single click, you would've to do it one by one. Another way is that you can restart your phone so the Second Space is inactive meaning no notifications can come through until you open it again (very inconvenient though, you have to do it everytime you're done using Second Space).
@@Techledge now another problem has arisen :( every time i open second space , after about 10 seconds , the phone shuts off completely & then i have to press down the power button , & a menu shows up where you're given options to either restart , factory reset , or enter safe mode etc etc ... i have tried about 6-7 times now . i tried restarting normally , i cleared all cache , checked for viruses , nothing works ... it just crashes & shuts down every time i enter second space . please help :(

I think reseting your phone in First Space will also reset your Second Space. Back up your data first before doing so.
MAY I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO DELETE 2ND SPACE FROM REDMI NOTE 11 AS THERE IS NO ANY FEATURE IN REDMI NOTE 11
To delete your Second Space, follow back the steps in the tutorial, open the MiAppa app and find the Second Space option just like the first time. After that, you can see the Second Space menu where you will find a trash icon on the top right, click that to delete your Second Space.
Can do to other fon…like vivo phone?
This particular tutorial only works for Xiaomi phones. For Vivo phones, you will need another tutorial which I might make in the future.

You can go back to your First Space by either clicking the Switch button on your homescreen or simply enter your First Space password when opening your phone. I'm not sure what you mean by hiding, can you explain more?

Is there a Second Space option in your settings? Go to your Special Features menu and see if it's there. I thought the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G has this feature enabled but I might be wrong. Let me know if it's available there, thank you.

You can still see Second Space in your Special Features before you deleted it? Haven't heard of this happening before but maybe you can try to make another one again with the steps in this tutorial.
Not working on my phone xiaomi note 11. After logging to second space, the system revert back to first space.

Have you installed the latest version of MIUI? Try to reinstall the Second Space again by deleting the old one if you don't have any important data in it. You can also try to uninstall every Play Store Services updates, clear your cache and try to make a new Second Space. Let me know if this works.

Can you still access your second space? If not, try to go to your second space menu where it will ask you to enter the pin, after that you can choose the "Forgot Password" option. There you can continue and enter your Mi account password. After it's done, you can set up a new pattern pin for your second space.

Sadly I don't think there is a way to recover your second space right now, once it's deleted it might be gone permanently.
I tell you that Xiaomi really pissed me off for doing this us without our consent... I separated my main account as my personal acc and second space all about my working space and is because of them, I thought my second space ACC must be attacked virus... deleted off all my second space ACC files because first thing came to my mind was virus that maybe causes automatically reboot whenever we enter...
I agree, they should be more transparent on why they removed Second Space on some Xiaomi phones. It sucks to find out when you got a new phone, it doesn't support it when it's really important to you.
I forgot to put my fingerprint for the second space how do I do that?
You should be able to add one from the settings on Password & Security tab.

Have you tried to update your phone's MIUI version? Reinstalling your Second Space might also fix it if you got not alot of important data. You can also try to uninstall your Google Play Service updates and clear your cache before going to Second Space.

Well, this tutorial is for you! You don't need to have it in your settings. This video will show you how to go to Second Space even with it being not available in the settings.
