Can you reuse the stone and pads? If so how do you clean them?

You can reuse both. I just rinsed them off with hot water.

Maaan I have to do this Friday..can I just go at it with the oil that’s on it right now? Mines not terrible but def some chipage and tiny tiny rust spots. Or do I have to clear all the oil off and put new oil down?

You can probably just smooth out the chipped areas and add more oil.

How do you remove sticky sticker residue on the surface

I would use the scraper first and then use the stone cleaning block. That should get rid of any residue.
